Night and Day dental is by far the best dental office I have been to. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly and judgment-free and make you feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful as well. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The hygienist Tabitha was gentle, professional and personable! I felt as though we have known each other for years. The doctor was pleasant and seemed concerned about my treatment needs and concerns. The office was SPOTLESS! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great, clean, professional dentist.
This place is amazing. They always work with my schedule which is difficult since I essentially work bankers hours. The staff is always very friendly and welcomes you with a smile every time. I have and will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family.
I had my first visit today and LOVED the experience. I was seen on time, told exactly what would happen during the exam, why it was happening, what the data meant, etc. I was given options for treatment and offered flexible scheduling. Also, the staff was very friendly, supportive, and not judgmental at all. I cannot recommend highly enough!
Although our skilled dentists are trained in many areas of dentistry, there may be times when we need to refer you to a specialist. Thanks to our close relationships within the local and dental community, we are able to invite these dentists to perform these procedures at our office no long commutes of multiple offices to visit, which means you can enjoy all of your care in one place!
The office is awesome, clean, and beautiful! The availability and hours of operation are perfect! I am beyond thankful for the experience I had at Night and Day and can't put into words and fully explain my gratitude for the greatness each and every person on that staff exudes! Went for my first visit and the difference between them and my previous dentist was night and day. They were genuine from the start and didn't try to upsell me on anything. It was right to the point and I appreciated it so much!

Great staff - awesome hospitality! Everyone made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about my experience. Care was customized based on my comfort level and I never felt pressured to pay for unnecessary services. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Waited fir almost an hour after being called back for a cleaning. Teeth were not cleaned just looked at and polished. Assistant had attitude. Unpleasant experience.

Very friendly staff, clean, and a few options in terms of payment if you need dental care on a budget. They also took the time to make sure I understood the procedures they were recommending, and did their best not to cause me any discomfort by checking in with me frequently.

RUN....THIS IS THE WORSE DENTAL OFFICE. I had an appointment scheduled in June the office was closed due to not having a doctor. Reschedule appointment in July the doctor wasn't present again. THE STAFF DONT CALL THE PATIENTS TO INFORM THEM OF NOTHING. THE STAFF IS WORTHLESS. RUN WHILE YOU CAN. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Absolute WORST Dental office ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received service in March 2022 and I'm still having issues with this place in July 2022 Im not a Medicaid recipient I have insurance with Delta Dental before receiving service Which staff was so unorganized.I paid in full my co payment just to have an accountant later call to harass me for several month stating payment was not made I have all my receipts and bank statements that reflects otherwise.The accountant stated she was sending the small balance owed to collections Which will then DROP your credit score.I contacted my insurance company who spoke to the front desk employee the agent informed her that I didn't owe and a check was mailed I wish i never considered this place.I will never be back

2nd Review: RUN RUN RUN this is the absolute worst dental office the dentist are Great but the front desk is worthless !!! the 1st off DR.WEST is the BEST!!!!!! He's done two extractions and a fill in he's soooooo accurate polite and friendly!!!!!!!! I've never felt a thing when he does work on my mouth!!! Honest review ... Ms.Juawiee is the only reason I will be back my 1st visit Juawiee wasn't there however when I arrived my NAME TELEPHONE number was wrong my insurance was not verified I received a teeth cleaning. 2nd visit when I arrived my appt was 3:30 Leaving work to arrive on time but I was NOT seen until 4:30pm !I was charged for the teeth cleaning from the 1st visit which should have took place the (1st visit)my insurance still was NOT verified!!!! I did not bring my insurance card b/c I was under the assumption that it would be on file and I was charged for the first visit!! I was charged for teeth cleaning one fill in and two teeth extraction that day I PAID I received service for two teeth extraction which Dr White was Great!!!upon leaving requesting to set an appointment for my the fill in I paid for the young woman proceeded to charge me TWICE I had my receipt however Juawiee confirmed this and my money was applied back to my card this was sooo frustrating my mouth hurts from the extraction I'm still waiting AFTER waiting. I'm going to try with them this last time since I've paid for services but this office needs organization I was ready to say forget this and go 5 mins down the street to Steele Creek!

This establishment is a JOKE! I've called MULTIPLE times over the course of two weeks and NO ONE has picked up. I got a call two weeks later, saying to call the office back. When they finally did pick up, I got the rudest receptionist. I am absolutely disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE

Just moved to the area so I wanted a dentist closer to home. I'm perplexed that in 2022 they do not provide online scheduling for appointments. With that being said you would think they would then be prompt with answering the phone. I've called serval times between 11 am and 1 pm. Not once has anyone picked up the phone. I should of taken that as a clear red flag that this business is low in their execution of customer service but instead I emailed them requesting a "New Patient" appointment. The response I received lacked any kind of urgency or real interest in getting me booked. Searching for a different dental practice. Previous reviews let me know I've dodged a bullet.

I'm sharing my wife's experience: we both went as new patients because I saw a lot of good reviews and thought this place would be great... well fast forward, we had our appts and eventually my wife gets a bill... FOR THE FIRST VISIT. Initial visits are comprehensive exams and we have insurance.. they're supposed to be free! Looking over the bill we noticed they're charging her for some X-rays taken and we still don't know why. She was supposed to go back to get her cleaning, which she showed up to, only to realize THE OFFICE IS CLOSED DURING HER APPT TIME. They even sent a confirmation reminder!! Not once was she told they'd be closed and needed to reschedule. She called, left a msg, and to this day, 2 weeks later, they have yet to respond... they definitely made sure to let her know she had a bill due tho!! freakin ridiculous. This place has been ridiculously unprofessional!!! Definitely starting to regret going there.

They're been horrible, they canceled my appointment twice for different issues then the rescheduled me and got confirmation of my appointment however when I got to the office was closed. I been calling for 3 weeks now there is no response and can't leave a message
