Night and Day dental is by far the best dental office I have been to. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly and judgment-free and make you feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful as well. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The hygienist Tabitha was gentle, professional and personable! I felt as though we have known each other for years. The doctor was pleasant and seemed concerned about my treatment needs and concerns. The office was SPOTLESS! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great, clean, professional dentist.
This place is amazing. They always work with my schedule which is difficult since I essentially work bankers hours. The staff is always very friendly and welcomes you with a smile every time. I have and will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family.
I had my first visit today and LOVED the experience. I was seen on time, told exactly what would happen during the exam, why it was happening, what the data meant, etc. I was given options for treatment and offered flexible scheduling. Also, the staff was very friendly, supportive, and not judgmental at all. I cannot recommend highly enough!
Although our skilled dentists are trained in many areas of dentistry, there may be times when we need to refer you to a specialist. Thanks to our close relationships within the local and dental community, we are able to invite these dentists to perform these procedures at our office no long commutes of multiple offices to visit, which means you can enjoy all of your care in one place!
The office is awesome, clean, and beautiful! The availability and hours of operation are perfect! I am beyond thankful for the experience I had at Night and Day and can't put into words and fully explain my gratitude for the greatness each and every person on that staff exudes! Clayton Night and Day dental saved me I was in a lot of pain they got me in the same day the dentist was awesome explained things to me the e receptionist was awesome I would highly recommend them for your dental needs

Staff is nice, but don't seem to get thing done correctly. 1st I waited almost 2 hrs past my appointment time and had to leave b/c it time for school to get out. I couldn't be seen without a medical release form. Had form sent, but they couldn't see me until the following week. Well I can't eat b/c both sides of my mouth hurts. Found another dentist that could see me right away. Asked Night & Day to send my records. They said ok but only sent 2 x-rays. Called for over 30 minutes, lady said oh yes I'll send the medical release right now. She sent the WRONG form. Could not get back in touch with them. Went to the office and they were closed at 2:25pm on a Friday. No note! So b/c they couldn't send the proper paper work, I still can not eat and now have to wait a whole weekend to be seen again. Seems they need more administrative training! Never had issues at the Raleigh location

Best dental care! I have been with Night & Day Dental for about 6 years. I started out at their New Bern location then to Holly Springs and I now drive all the way to Clayton. Shannon is the reason I drive to Clayton, she is patient, caring and a perfectionist at her job. I highly recommend Night and Day Dental.

Omg today friday at 6pm i went in for 2 teeth pulled i cant say enough about the 2 girls in the front they. Was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and the lady that pulled them was the best if u are looking for dental work please go here there was no pain i was nervous for nothing thank u ladys so much for a GREAT experience i will not go anywhere alse yall are the best. Yall rock im sorry im not good at names but yall know who u are keep doing what u do best

I was so amazed. Everybody was so pleasant up front and I was terrified because my last tooth extraction at another dentist office was the worst experience of my life. Dr Hernandez had my tooth out in about 5 minutes, I didn't even know it was done.

Unfortunately, we did not have the best first experience at this particular office. We just moved to Clayton, transferring from the Cary Night and Day Dental office. It may have just been an off day for them. My husband was given another patient's referral form, which explains why we were referred to another practice for his deep cleaning that was not within our network. It was a very expensive lesson/mistake but it was too late by the time we found out. My husband also found his hygienist to be quite rough with him during the cleaning process. He came home quite upset afterward. So, we have since moved to another dental practice in town. It's unfortunate because we had such an amazing experience at the Cary location.

In severe pain! Needed a tooth pulled.. did not help me. Referred me to a oral surgeon & of course i left there with excruciating pain & no help. No pain meds & only an antibiotic. That will not help pain!!! I paid 100.00 for them to tell me they couldn't help me.

Was told my cost for a filling would be $26 with my insurance. I paid it, got the filling and now, surprise they send me another bill for $40 for the same procedure. Why is it okay to change the cost of something after the procedure is complete? When I asked at the time of my procedure if my total cost was $26, they said yes.

I had high hopes for this location but we've had so many setbacks within the first few weeks. I scheduled a new patient appointment. On the day of my appointment I was told that I didn't have any insurance which was incorrect so I contacted the insurance company and forwarded the benefits over via email to ensure that we had no issues when I arrived for my appointment. Of course when I arrived for my appointment they said they hadn't received anything. Upon further questioning they were able to pull the benefits. Fine no issues. We scheduled an appointment for an extraction in a week and all was well. During that appointment at check out I made an additional appointment for a cleaning for Monday, June 27 at 8:40 PM. I received notifications to confirm both via email and text the previous Thursday and Friday which I did do. Fast forward to Monday, June 27 at 8:30 I arrived and the office is closed. There's a sign on the door that states they are no longer scheduling appointments on Mondays and the office would be closed. Unfortunately somehow someway someone forgot to contact me. As all of the documentation I have was still confirmed and I've never been contacted of the newest change. Tuesday morning I called them and explained what happened and someone apologized on the phone and rescheduled an appointment for Wednesday . I arrive Wednesday and they told me that my insurance had terminated. I knew that wasn't true because the insurance would run through the end of the month before we changed over to my husbands insurance. Mind you I called Wednesday morning around 11 AM to confirm the appointment and that there were no issues. My appointment was at 7:30pm that night. I questioned why I hadn't been contacted Prior if there was an issue or informed when I called earlier that morning? I was told "I don't know". Of course at this point it's too late to contact my insurance company, again hence why being communicative would've really helped. So here we are in the morning after... I've contacted my insurance company and surprise surprise I have coverage. Unfortunately now I can't get in for an appointment Because they are booked but would put me on a cancellation list. The entire point of this appointment was to have the cleaning before my insurance runs out, now due to two errors on their end that isn't going to be the case. The staff is extremely friendly but customer service is horrible. This isn't my error yet I'm being penalized for it yet. This will now be the third time trying to schedule a cleaning which had it been properly scheduled the first time all of this could've been avoided. My time is just as valuable as yours and I've spent an enormous amount of time this week fixing errors that I didn't start, And haven't received much flexibility on your end. It's beyond disappointing.
