Night and Day dental is by far the best dental office I have been to. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly and judgment-free and make you feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful as well. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The hygienist Tabitha was gentle, professional and personable! I felt as though we have known each other for years. The doctor was pleasant and seemed concerned about my treatment needs and concerns. The office was SPOTLESS! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great, clean, professional dentist.
This place is amazing. They always work with my schedule which is difficult since I essentially work bankers hours. The staff is always very friendly and welcomes you with a smile every time. I have and will continue to recommend this place to my friends and family.
I had my first visit today and LOVED the experience. I was seen on time, told exactly what would happen during the exam, why it was happening, what the data meant, etc. I was given options for treatment and offered flexible scheduling. Also, the staff was very friendly, supportive, and not judgmental at all. I cannot recommend highly enough!
Although our skilled dentists are trained in many areas of dentistry, there may be times when we need to refer you to a specialist. Thanks to our close relationships within the local and dental community, we are able to invite these dentists to perform these procedures at our office no long commutes of multiple offices to visit, which means you can enjoy all of your care in one place!
The office is awesome, clean, and beautiful! The availability and hours of operation are perfect! I am beyond thankful for the experience I had at Night and Day and can't put into words and fully explain my gratitude for the greatness each and every person on that staff exudes! I've been trying to reschedule my cleaning since August. I'm told to call back at the end of the week when the Saturday schedule is in, but everytime I call I can't get through and not able to leave a message due to the mailbox being full.

Great experience with the hygienist and dentist. Unfortunately, they are overwhelmed and understaffed and not managing well. I've called on three different occasions, different times of the day, and different days of the week and was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. Not once did anyone come back to the line to provide service or at least the courtesy, 'Sorry for your wait' statement. I also visited for my son's cleaning. We were 20 minutes early, checked in, and waited for approximately 40 minutes after the appointment time and was never seen. When I requested the appointment to be cancelled and the copay returned, the staff offered a new appointment. I declined. I'll have to find another dentist for my son.

Just the way the receptionist treated me, I am not comfortable seeing the dentist. Good luck. They all act inexperienced as well. They must come straight out of school or retirement.

Not my cup of tea. The associates are not friendly at all and act slow when I ask questions. Are they qualified for dentistry or just computer work? My question was simple, "Should I wait for my appointment at 5p or wait now?" They all looked at my like I was not speaking English. Just the way the receptionist treated me, I am not comfortable seeing the dentist. Good luck.

Very friendly staff, hygenists, and dentists. Great hours and location for me. The only issue I've had (twice) is overbooking which can lead to delays in treatment. It's worth the wait though as you can watch a movie in your treatment room during the delay.

I don't really pay attention to Front Desk most of the time. People who work as dentists. NO NEGATIVE about them. Easy way to communicate with me to use your hands instead talk to me with mask on

I went to the location in Charlotte. I went for a general cleaning ,It waa an hour before I was called back. I was given tons of xrays and told I was done. I checked out and received another appointment the following week for a cleaning. I get there and was called back immediately (I waa thrilled ) got in the chair and was told the hygenist hurt her hand and the doctor would be doing my cleaning......the doctor meaured my gums and said I had some deep pockets( no cleaning) The staff is friendly, but 3 visits for one cleaning was too much of my time!

The 2 ladies who helped me was so nice & professional!! So glad I changed my dentist place to this location!! They took me in the next day when I urgently needed a cleaning because I also had a orthodontist appointment to put my braces on the same day!! Go to this location!! Best service here!!

My appointment was at 7pm, I arrived at 650p, we waited in the waiting room for over 40 minutes I had to go to the front desk just for them to take us to the back, it's like they never checked us in after telling me they did, I had this appointment scheduled for over a month so, no it was not a walk in, after 30 minutes of being in the room they come tell us that the dentist is still doing a fill in, so she will come in after she is done...which would of been God knows how much longer, there were 3 others that came in after my son appointment and got seen before him. I left without anything other than a xray done after being there for an hour and a half I left cause it was ridiculous. never seen the dentist.
