A profession in surgical orthodontics provides me the opportunity to give back to my community and hopefully affect the lives of many in positive ways. Our patients are the best! Each day as an orthodontist for braces and more is so rewarding because of the relationships and interactions I have with patients and their families. I hope to provide each patient with a beautiful smile and a positive outlook on life that doesnt end when they leave my office but will continue with them through all aspects of their lives. I hope youll contact us today!
The education I received has given me a strong foundation to build a practice focused on providing excellent orthodontic treatments. I went to Brigham Young University for my undergraduate degree and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While at Brigham Young University I also had the opportunity to play football for the Cougars which offered a unique opportunity to balance the demanding schedule of athletics and still perform at a high academic level. I continued on to Virginia Commonwealth University where I graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and then completed my Orthodontic Residency at Vanderbilt University.
Staying current with the advancements in orthodontic treatments is extremely important to me as an orthodontic surgeon serving throughout Littleton, Denver, and Highlands Ranch, CO. I continue my education through courses and seminars throughout the year so I can provide the highest quality treatments for my patients as an orthodontist for braces, surgery, and more. I am also involved with numerous local and national organizations such as the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Metro Denver Dental Society.
I am originally from Virginia Beach, VA, and now live in Littleton with my wife, Leah. We have five beautiful children, Annie, Alyse, Madelyn, Kendell, and Jacob, who I love spending time with. Our pizza and movie nights have become a family favorite! I enjoy all outdoor activities including golf, tennis, and I have occasionally coached my girls in soccer.

Dr. Kurt Niepraschk has had a lot of experience and success in orthodontic treatment. After graduating at the top of his class from the Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry, he was selected to attend the orthodontic residency program at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Niepraschk believes that each patient deserves and requires an individualized plan. This will provide accuracy in treatment results and efficiency. Were proud to say that our team has more than 60 years of dental and orthodontic experience.
Dr. Niepraschk is a life-long learner and is passionate about the field of orthodontics. He frequently attends continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on the latest orthodontic knowledge and implement the most effective new technology. Niepraschk Orthodontics uses a digital, filmless X-ray machine, which reduces radiation exposure by 70 to 90 percent. We offer the latest in high-tech wires that provide lower force and quicker tooth movement for faster treatment times in fewer visits. Additionally, we offer the latest in clear braces and Invisalign technology.
Our mission is to treat each patient as if they were our own family member. We strive to provide the excellent results you want and outstanding customer service you deserve. Be sure to ask about our discounts for multiple family members.
Niepraschk Orthodontics offers exceptional orthodontic treatment with a variety of flexible payment plans, including no down-payment options and up-front payment discounts. We accept and/or file most major insurance providers. We also offer referral bonuses to our patients!
The best patients are well-informed about their orthodontic treatment, and for that reason we thoroughly explain our treatment plan using digital X-ray images and computerized technology to show how your smile and bite will change through the course of treatment. We encourage you to ask questions and be involved! Parents are invited to join us in the bay if they would like to observe treatment in progress. We also stay in touch with your general dentist to keep them apprised of your treatment and progress.
