I've been to Dr. Nielsen for years. It's been so long I can't even remember who recommended him. I am the worst dental phobe I have ever met and I am a pain in the rear because I am so fearful. Not only are Dr. Nielsen and his staff Very skilled, they are kind and compassionate! They came in to take care of me on their day off because by dragging my feet I created a pseudo emergency (involving lotsa pain!) They fixed me up and had me on my way in 30 minutes. My five star rating is for their skill, Their compassion, and their pricing. It's beyond reasonable.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff is absolutely incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, I can't say enough about them.

Dentist is super nice as well as the hygienist. However, the woman who does their billing and insurance tries to overcharge every time. Make sure you bring your treatment plan, know your benefits & double verify with the insurance.

I have never had a good experience at a dentist, until now. 1st visit - Originally I had crown fall off that was put on by another dentist. I contacted several other offices and the wanted to redo the whole process. I called the office they saw me the same day, and put the crown back on. Met Dr. Nielsen that time, seems like a great guy and dentist. 2nd visit - Called the Celina office on Friday and left a message about a broken tooth, that was not hurting. They called me early Monday morning, saw me on Wednesday (was not an emergency or they would have seen me immediately). Got cleaning, root canal and temporary crown in under 2 hrs. Very courteous, kind, caring, friendly and quick. I am sorry I do not remember the Dr,'s name that did the work on this trip, but she was awesome too! Morgan did the cleaning and she was awesome too! I was given a list of all the issues with my teeth, along with an estimate for the work, which was considerably shorter and less expensive than my last dentist visit. I will be back. This is my new dentist! Give them a shot before you RUN anywhere else, or you've lost your ever loving mind, because you might miss out on the best dental experience of your life!!

For many - if not most Dental visits are a source of anxiety and a bad time. Thankfully, my experience at Nielsen office Celina was anything but. My hygienist Hillary provided a welcoming bedside manner (something that has kept me from perusing regular check ups in the last) as well as a quick and pleasant cleaning. The staff and office overall were cheerful and patient focused. 10/10 highly I would highly recommend!

Adding from my recent visit....... What keeps us coming back is the great service at this office. Everyone is so friendly and they explain everything that they are going to do. Starting from when you walk in the door, you are warmly greeted and provided the proper paper work to sign. Off to Morgan for the cleaning. Morgan is wonderful and tells you exactly what she's doing. She takes the time to perfectly clean your teeth and then makes sure you are satisfied with the smile she has provided you. Then Dr. Nielsen comes in for a quick check and you are on your way. This office is awesome and they make it enjoyable to go and have your teeth cleaned and checked.

This is a no-frills no-nonsense place and I love that. I have been to other dentist offices that would be over the top flashy and the work they wanted to do to you reflected that. Dr. Nielsen is very personable and the staff is very friendly. I felt very comfortable being there and the service is top-notch. I will be returning and recommend him to everyone!

I recently had an exam and cleaning with Morgan! She was fantastic and patient. It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist due to Covid! Glad I found this office.

By far one of the best dental office experiences that I have ever had! Everyone was so very kind and you could tell the staff were happy at work. Mary was my dental hygienist and she was so sweet to chat with me and get to know more about me, as was Dr. Nielsen. I love that everyone was so personable and genuine.

Dr. Nielsen is very good at explaining what you need and explaining the treatment plan if needed. Hygienists are all pleasant as well. If you have to go, this a great place.
