No transparency in the billing and invoicing process. With the procedures conducted, Nidhi did not inform me about any potential out of pocket costs if insurance did not provide coverage nor any information regarding the cost of the procedures. As a result, I unexpectedly received high invoice bills with no itemized costs - just lump sum amounts. Please be aware!

If you're thinking about getting veneers and/or invisalign I highly recommend Dr. Nidhi Pai! I have been to several cosmetic dentists throughout the bay area and i think she's truly the best out there. So happy i stumbled across her practice. Her gallery of work is impressive. She's an artist and cares a lot about her patients. Love my new smile and feel so much more confident! The office is clean and her staff are extremely friendly.

When it comes to any cosmetic dental treatments, I don't think you can get better than Dr. Nidhi Pai! After getting my teeth fixed by her I felt so confident like a new person. I'm not sure why it took me so long to finally get it done, but I'm glad I did. I completely trusted her throughout the whole process and followed her recommendations. We did Invisalign to fix some of my crooked teeth and porcelain veneers for the top row. I appreciate how professional and caring she was. Superb bedside manner. Her staff was friendly and welcoming. 10/10 experience

Nidhi (Smiles by Pai) gave me an amazing veneer and smile makeover! I never knew it was possible for my teeth and smile to look so good! Highly recommend getting seen by Dr Pai for veneers consultation. Smile makeovers are a life-changer!

I can't say enough how grateful I am for Dr Pai! She honestly saved my bite!! I started Invisalign treatment at another office, it was with a doctor I really trusted but they did not have Invisalign experience. He told me I would be done in about 9 months and my minor crowding was easy to correct. Well 3 years later and 3 or 4 rounds of Invisalign down my bite was completely off. I was only bitting on my front teeth and my back teeth were not touching at all! The doctor told me he couldn't do anything else and I would need to see an orthodontist and get metal braces to fix my bite. I was devastated. A friend told me about Dr Pai. Wow I am glad they did. She took me on as a patient and made me feel safe that I was in good and experienced hands. She didn't give me false hope and was straightforward about what to expect. I knew exactly what I was getting in to but I was ready knowing Dr Pai had my back. I was in treatment using Invisalign for a little over a year but it was totally worth it! My bite is amazing and I love my straight smile. I recommend all my family and friends to Dr Pai.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Pai, her team, her office, her services, and her professionalism. A friend recommended me to her years ago and it is one of the best recommendations I've ever received about a doctor. She's warm, honest, and very skilled, and so is her team.

I've been afraid of dentists my whole life but here- I feel so safe and taken care of. Dr. Pai has the biggest heart and such a beautiful, beautiful soul. She cares deeply about her patients and her staff and provides a warm and family atmosphere in her office. I've never met anyone who has such a beautiful heart and is as talented as she is.

I absolutely adore Dr Nidhi Pai! She is such an amazing dentist with a beautiful heart. She truly cares about her patients and does her best to make sure they are completely comfortable while they are there. I am also super impressed by how high tech their office is. They have the latest dental technology and I was able to see how my smile can be designed digitally (Invisalign). I plan to get Veneers done with her in the future -- her results are incredible and so natural! Another plus is their beautiful and chic office design. They also have all their COVID precautions in place so I felt super comfortable going there. Love Dr Nidhi!

Dr. Pai and the staffs are very friendly and nice. My family and I have been going here for years. I get my teeth clean every 6 months as recommended and I finally got my veneers. I love my smile! There are free 2 hours of parking around the office. I like how Dr. Pai really cares about me by always ask me if I am in pain when she works on my teeth.

Dr. R is great. I am very anxious about going to the dentist. Dr. R took time to explain everything and was very patient. The whole staff is amazing. Everyone in the office is so friendly, professional, and kind.

Amazing experience. The staff is friendly and the office always runs on time. Dr. Pai always makes herself available and even gave me her personal cell phone. I'm currently undergoing Invisalign followed by vaneers for some cracked, fragile teeth. Looking forward to the transformation!

I had 2 silver fillings replaced today. I was so pleased with how painless and fast the laser process was. No numbing, no pain, both fillings were replaced within about 30 minutes! The laser drilling got just to the point that I thought I would experience psin, but there was no pain. Dr. Pai warned that my teeth may feel sensitive afterwards, but I did not. No after effects. The entire experience was so easy. Thank you, Dr. Pai and team!
