I just have to say that I am blown away by the service that I received today. I mean everyone is so patient, kind and treat you like their own family. I cannot say enough about them. It was an amazing experience and the touch in the end with the ice cream was magical. If you are thinking about going please go you will not regret it.

Both locations have provided excellent care! From the education, patience to the wait time and coordination of care. Definitely recommend going nowhere else but Nicolas Orthodontics.

Best orthodontist!!!! My daughter's teeth are beautiful! My other children will be using him for braces as well. To the reviewer "attorney" (I am actually an attorney) who refused to wear a mask, It makes me happy that they didn't let you in! If you are a "scientist" you should know that masks work and you not wearing one is risking your life and other people's lives due to this deadly virus. Your ridiculous "negative" review only makes me happy that Dr Nic and his staff are protecting their patients!

Why is my review invisible? . This is very frustrating to say that I have to find another orthodontist after spending a lot of money at this office.I have to get my bracers put back on somewhere else.I had my bracers from 2016- 2018. at 35 years old at 37 years old. I did not have much gum space, I did not have a tooth extraction to make room. Long story short I got my teeth stacked up again. I lost my retainers, after two years of wearing them, and when I called the office to notify a secretary, she told me it was 175, for doing others. I could not go due to commitments and when I called back she told me: that it was more than 400 dollars. Also, that they did not keep templates for each client, because they had no space to store them, and I had to go back to the office to take an impression of my teeth. I replied: my teeth have moved in a few days. The secretary replied: I'm sorry, you have to put your braces back on. That is why you should not lose them, you should not lose the retainers because the bracers are very expensive. I replied that it was true, but for all the time I wore them, the teeth were not supposed to have moved that much. They were supposed to be fixed by now. Many people I know with one year of retainers, their teeth are holding up just fine. It has been a year of this and my teeth do not appear to have had bracers before. very frustrating to have spent thousands of dollars for nothing. "I thought they kept the templates." Very convenient not to $. My daughter also at the same time wore the bracers. she still has her retainers, wears them every day, and her teeth are not aligned as they should be. Don't waste your time and money here. Please don't come here. Invest your money better. The Dr and Staff are friendly, they are really nice they make you feel at home. But the results are the important thing here when it comes to you time and money.

I was referred to Nicolas Orthodontics by Dr Roseff.I am blown away! The whole staff went above and beyond from the front desk all the way to Dr. Nicolas! Dr. Nicolas and Nicole took the time to explain every small detail during our 1st consolation. They answered all my 8 years questions and made him feel so comfortable! Thank you Melissa, Nicole and Dr. Nicolas! I'm so happy we found you and I can't wait to see his smile transform!

May 12th 2020 I had a 2:20 appointment to pick up a retainer. I am an attorney and a scientist and choose for my own health and personal Liberties not to wear a face mask. The office asked me to wait outside which I had to do because it is trespassing if they don't want me on the premises and that would be the only law I could break as masks are not mandated by law they're only recommended. further the people that choose to wear them protect or believe they are protecting themselves with the mask so my lack of a mask endangers no one. Myself and my nine-year-old son had to wait outside to see the nurse. This was a grave violation of our civil liberties and because I am not allowed to enter my dentist office I will have to find a new dentist.

Great experience with both of my kids! Dr. Nicholas is so genuine & caring about his patients, the staff is so nice & supporive. It was a great 2 years with Dr. Nicholas & his team! Highly recommend
