Dr. George Nicolas completed his undergraduate college education at the University of Delaware. He then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated, Magna Cum Laude, with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Nicolas completed a General Practice Residency Program for one year at Wilmington Hospital and decided that orthodontics was his calling! Dr. Nicolas completed a two-year residency program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Nicolas, a perfectionist by birth, wanted to further his advanced training. He enrolled and completed a two-year advanced orthodontics course and graduated from the prestigious, world-renowned Roth Williams International Center in California. As a Roth Williams-trained orthodontist, one of a mere 300 worldwide, Dr. Nicolas incorporates the Roth Williams philosophy of functional occlusion into his daily orthodontic treatment, to uphold his tradition of pursuing excellence in orthodontics.
Dr. Nicolas is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society, the Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists, the Roncone Orthodontics International, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Florida Dental Association. Dr. Nicolas has been Invisalign certified since 1999 and is recognized as an Elite Provider.
In his personal time, Dr. Nicolas enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife Nadine, and their children Lea, Corinne, Rene, and Christian. Dr. Nicolas also enjoys coaching several local soccer teams and supports all sports teams in his community.

As the financial administrator at Nicolas Orthodontics, I take care of the financial and insurance needs of our patients. I am happy to share my many years of experience and to be part of this prestigious and state-of-the-art practice. I graduated with a B.A. from Brooklyn College and New York School of Medical Assisting. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years, and have enjoyed working in the fields of orthopedics, internal medicine, and cardiology. I have now been part of the orthodontic field for more than 15 years and have the pleasure of being part of the wonderful staff at Nicolas Orthodontics. My favorite part about orthodontics is the life-changing results our patients experience because of their beautiful and healthy smile. They are so happy the day their braces come off, and our entire staff shares in their joy.
My husband and I are the proud grandparents of two bright and handsome twin boys and a daughter who is an accomplished chef. My husband also works in the orthodontic field. We love taking trips with the family to Disney and try to visit family in the heart of wine country, Sonoma California. I enjoy antiques, interior design, fine dining, and a nice glass of cabernet.
Jennifer, originally from New Jersey, has been in the dental field for over 17 years, spending 12 years managing a thriving orthodontic practice on the Jersey Shore. Most recently, she has worked for a major Dental Service Organization here in South Florida. In addition to managing a multi-specialty office, Jennifer is a clinician, earning her CDA and RDA designations through DANB (Dental Assisting National Board) in 2005. As an expanded functions dental assistant, Jennifer is acutely aware of the ins and outs of orthodontic treatment. She is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and is looking forward to adding value to the Nicolas Orthodontic family!
Jennifer is most excited about returning to the private practice setting and meeting the rest of the Nicolas Ortho Family, YOU, our valued patients! Personally, Jennifer has been married to her husband Bob for 27 years with whom they have 3 college-aged children, Joshua, Gabriel and Sara. They are also the proud pup-parents of their 2 rescues dogs from Mississippi, Rocky and LoLa! We are happy to have her as a welcome addition to our team!
As our treatment coordinator, I am equipped with many years of dental experience and am here to assist all of our new patients in their orthodontic journey. My experience and preparation enables me to provide excellent, practical and honest insight. I look forward to coming in to work and seeing the difference we make in patients' lives with their beautiful smiles.
I have been working with Dr. Nicolas since 2011 and have been trained in all aspects of orthodontic assisting, including scanning for Invisalign, preparing for and assisting in all orthodontic adjustments, and making retainers. Working one-on-one with our patients is the highlight of my day. I love making people happy by providing them with excellent care andeventuallya beautiful new smile! Our office is full of people who truly care about our patients and the quality of care they receive. It makes for a very happy and relaxed environment!
I am a certified Orthodontist from Colombia and I am very excited to be a part of Nicolas Orthodontics! I work with patients during all aspects of their treatment, whether they are new patients in need of initial records, current patients in for adjustments and wire changes, or patients whove finally had their braces removed and need to be fitted for retainers. The best days are when I get to see patients new smiles and the looks on their faces after their braces are removed! I feel so fortunate to be doing what I love in such an amazing working environment!
It is a pleasure to be part of the Nicolas Orthodontics family , I am a Biology graduate from Florida Atlantic University. My role in the office is to create initial and final records for patients. I also assist in the front desk and with marketing for the office. I enjoy being able to work closely with patients and seeing their beautiful smiles. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy being an active member of my church helping with kids.
I have been a part of the Nicolas Orthodontics family since 2018. I love being able to assist patients with all of their scheduling needs to help them achieve the smiles of their dreams! When I am not at work I love being home with my husband and 3 cats or out on the water fishing and diving.

Don't spend your money here. This is an expensive treatment and you need a better place. It is very frustrating to say that I have to find another orthodontist after spending thousands of dollars with this doctor.I have to get my bracers put back on somewhere else.I had my bracers from 2016- 2018. Long story short I got my teeth stacked up again. I lost my retainers, after two years of wearing them, and when I called the office to notify a secretary, she told me it was 175, for doing another set. I could not go right away due to commitments and when I called back she told me: that it was 400 dollars. Also, that they did not keep templates for each patient, because they had no storage space , and I had to go back to the office to take another impression of my teeth. I replied: my teeth have moved fast in a few days. The secretary replied: I'm sorry, you have to put your braces back on. That is why you should not lose the retainers because bracers are expensive. I said it was true, but after all the years between bracers and retainers my teeth were not supposed to move that quickly. Many people I know with one year of retainers, their teeth are holding up just fine. My daughter also had her bracers at this office ( same time) and she still wears her retainers every day, and her teeth are not aligned as they should be. This is another testimony. Don't waste your time and money here. Please don't come here. Invest your orthodontic treatment somewhere else. The Dr and Staff are friendly, they are really nice they make you feel at home. But the results are important.

Dr. Nicolas made me smile as I always dreamed. I am at the end of treatment with Invisalign and the difference is big. There were many consultations and in all of them I was very well attended. He's all his team are fantastic. I recommend it with satisfaction. Now I just want to be smiling !!! Thank you...

Dr. Nicolas was great. He was able to fix some problems that I had from using smile direct club. I'd definitely recommend going to him over smile direct or any other similar company.

The staff is always pleasant and I really feel that I've gotten the opportunity to bond with them! They work extremely hard to make the experience pleasant and to elevate the office. I'm sure that Dr. Nicolas is pleased! I'm so happy that I chose Nicolas Orthodontics his attention to detail was outstanding. Just when I thought Dr. Nicolas was going to close out my treatment prematurely (because I met the due date... following the schedule precisely) he noticed a flaw without me saying anything and continued the treatment for another 12 weeks or so. The finished product was spectacular! I wholeheartedly recommend Nicolas Orthodontics to all my friends and family members!

The staff here are the sweetest. I'm Going to miss going to my appointments LOL Stephanie couldn't catch a break I rescheduled a lot don't be like me however I'm FOREVER GRATEFUL..... I've had an iPhone for over 10 yrs and today was the first time I've ever FaceTimed with my face in the camera ( Sad but true) My life changed today when I walked out from a successful braces transformation. I came in over a year 1/2 ago after being told by several others Orthodontist that braces would not do what I desired, and that I would need jaw surgery! I stand today proud as ever and so happy I listened and trusted him he definitely exceeded beyond my expectations I did my own homework and landed with the best.... Thank you Dr Nicolas for your amazing work I'm forever grateful for the service you and your team provided to me.

Wow, such a wonderful place. From the moment you walk in the office the team is smiling and the environment is beautiful and professional. Dr Nicolas and his team were detailed, professional, and empathetic to my child's needs. Dr. Nicolas was honest and provided sound advice. We had already been to another orthodontist prior and there were vast differences. I highly recommend Dr. Nicolas for he is caring, honest, professional and possess a high level of acumen in his specialty.

Please do not trust in this doctor. I had a bad experience with them. I started my treatment in 2015, after two years I removed the brace and I noticed a little gaps between the teeth in the lower and upper. I tried to talk to the office and specially with Dr.Nicolas, that assumed my final result was perfect. I left the office with tears, because I knew that the result could cause some damage to my mouth health. After this I have been struggling with the " Perfect Results". Conclusion I will have to use brace again to fix what he did. Take away from " Knowledge Doctor" with a lot clients. Just be careful maybe you can have a "Perfect Results" and have to pay again after two or three years. Some doctors are unforgettable to our lives with lovely and compassion. This doctor I will never forget his treatment in my case, that is definitely not positive. I decided to share this because I can pay another treatment with a lot efforts, but I know that some families don't have opportunity to pay again for their children.

Dr Nicolas and his staff are excellent. We have been with his office for more than two years and we have no complaints at all. They are incredibly accommodating for emergency appointments, and we have had a bunch. They run on time and they are really great with the kids. He has straightened the teeth for both my kids and we have reccomended him to a number of our friends, all of whom have been very happy.
