Dr. Nicolas Fakhoury has been living in South Florida since 1982; he graduated from Boca Raton High School in 1988, then went on to FAU and received his bachelors in biology in 1992. Dr. Fakhoury then received his D.M.D (doctor of dental medicine) in 1996, from the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
Dr. Fakhoury relocated to Delray Beach, Fl where he entered into private practice in June of 1997 and has been practicing general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry at its highest level. In his continued pursuit of excellence Dr. Fakhoury became a member of the internationally renowned Frank Spear Educational Study Clubs which are recognized as one of the premier educational study clubs for advanced and comprehensive dentistry. He is also a member of various professional organizations including the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and South Palm Beach County Dental Association.
Dr. Fakhoury lives in West Boca Raton, married for 10 years to Denise and has two boys Nicolas and Daniel. In his spare time Dr. Fakhoury enjoys swimming, playing basketball, soccer, golf, and football with his boys.
Angelica was born and raised in Peru and moved to Florida in 1996. She has a passion for dental health and beautiful smiles. She started her dental career as a dental assistant where she quickly became passionate about dentistry, which inspired her to goto school to became a Dental Hygienist. Angelica loves meeting and learning about her patients and she has a caring and fun personality which her patients enjoy. Angelica enjoys painting, playing tennis, reading, traveling, scuba diving and of course being a dog mom to her Schnauzer, Bruno.
Carolin moved to South Florida from Canada in 1997. She has been working as a dental assistant for over 20 years, in which 5 of those years with Dr. Fakhoury. Carolin is a certified EKG technician, and likes to make patients comfortable and relaxed before dental treatment. Carolin enjoys cooking, exercising, and going to the beach in her free time.
Yami moved to South Florida from Maryland in 1995 and has lived here since,she has been working in dentistry for over fifteen years in which nine of those years as Dr.Nicks assistant. As his office manager she focuses her attention on patient education and case development. Yami also has an in depth knowledge of the insurance protocol and case acceptance. Yamis can do spirit has earned her the respect of her peers and patients.Yami is a key person at Family Dental Care and has been a trusted and loyal employee.

Dr. Fakoury is the best!!!! My son was home for the weekend from college and broke his front tooth. I contacted Dr. Fakoury who got back to me very quickly and make an emergency appointment giving up his time to treat my son before he returned to college. My son cannot see the break and is so happy. Dr. Fakoury is a very talented caring person, besides being an AMAZING dentist.

I am a retired periodontist and have practiced and taught for 40 years. Dr. Nicolas Fakhoury just replaced two upper front teeth for me with zirconium crowns. The process was flawless. I have only seen one other dentist during my practicing days that had his skills. His attention to detail and esthetics were amazing. A truly talented clinician.

After horrible experiences with two previous dentists, I was referred to Dr. Fakhoury and it's one of the best referrals I have ever gotten. About 10 years ago, I was fit with a permanent bridge that was backed with metal. It made me feel like Jaws from the James Bond series and unfortunately it started to chip soon after I got it . Six years ago, the next dentist fit me with a bridge that was supposed to be zirconia but was actually porcelain over zirconia and it too chipped almost immediately. Of the two implants put in by this dentist, one never closed up and was not usable. The other implant was placed so close to the root of my tooth that I developed frequent infections. Ultimately, the tooth had to be pulled and the bridge cut so my partial had nothing to hook onto and I had no teeth in half of my mouth... having to wear a mask during Covid allowed me to hide the huge gap. The periodontist that performed the extraction referred me to Dr. Fakhoury. The two consulted each other and were very deliberate as to what the best course of action was. Dr. Fakhoury fit me with a temporary bridge, taking into account my bite, which was not done properly by the other dentists. Dr. Fakhoury gave me back MY SMILE!! He is thoughtful and thorough and really cares about his patients! His whole staff is friendly and wonderful! I would totally recommend Dr. Fakhoury for any of your dental needs.

I typically do not write reviews, but I have to say that my experience with Dr. Fakhoury was nothing short of exceptional. I had to have a crown made and had it done while I waited by using a 3D printer. Amazing technology! Thank you Dr. Fakhoury and his wonderful staff for making my experience wonderful. Thank you!

Dr. Fakhoury and his staff are amazing! You are made to feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. My family and I are so happy to be under Dr. Fakhoury's care. He is gentle and caring, and most of all will take the time to explain everything and answer any and all questions. We highly recommend Dr. Fakhoury, and we are so thankful for his excellent work and his kindness.

I give the practice 5 stars mainly because Dr. Fakhoury and my oral hygienist were very kind, unbelievably thorough, and didn't try to sell me on unneeded dental procedures or products like many other dental offices do. However, I do have some feedback for the practice. I feel that, despite having the standard dental equipment and capabilities, the office interior is a bit dated and the building could use a modern remodel (white, stainless, bright white lighting, etc.). I also found that the receptionist had a bit of an attitude that I did not appreciate. I asked her if I would get a referral discount (i.e. 10% a product) if I referred a new patient, and she said to me "What would you want? A cookie?" I found this quite sarcastic and didn't appreciate it. Nonetheless, don't let the dated interior and sarcastic receptionist deter you, Dr. Fakhoury is a fantastic dentist and mu oral hygienist was superb. Will be back. Thank you!

This is actually my first review ever, and I want to take the time for Dr. Fakhoury since he's made such an impact on my smile (and confidence). --About 7 or 8 years ago I needed 2 crowns to replace my 2 front teeth. The dentist put in 2 different crowns made of different materials, and completely jacked up my gums in the process. My crowns were uneven, discolored, and my gums were getting more and more inflamed and agitated...I was so discouraged with the bad dentistry work (plus the money out of pocket) that I had received in my past that I accepted this as my "new normal". Of course I wanted to fix my smile, but I didn't want to pay more money just to have a "lesser evil". On my 2nd visit at his office, Dr. Fakhoury took out a book of "before" and "after" pictures and explained to me how easy this fix was going to be. I decided to move forward with him to replace my crowns, and to correct my gums as well. He was upfront and honest with me...no beating around the bush with this guy. He was available whenever I had questions, and went above and beyond in every aspect of my procedure and recovery. The best way to describe how I feel now is to say that I feel liberated. I'm not afraid to show my teeth, and I don't look down now when I'm laughing anymore. If you're nervous because of bad Dentists in your past, then all I can say is that you're finally in good hands with Dr. Fakhoury, and his team. Trust me. I always feel welcome when I walk in, and I'll be going to him until he retires. That's a guarantee.

The most personable Dr. out there! Always does an amazing job, and his staff is professional & happy! On my most recent visit (emergency), Dr. Fakhoury brought me in and immediately fixed my pain. I can not say how thankful we are (my family) to have Dr. Fakhoury & staff as our Dentist. If you are looking for a Dentist that does things right and his staff that works with a smile then you've found the right place for sure! You will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Nick Fakhoury is hands down the best dentist in Palm Beach county, and I have been a patient of of his for over 20 years. Recently my insurance changed, and his practice was no longer covered under my new plan. I reached out to friends for recommendations. Dr. Nick, upon hearing the news, offered me a very discounted rate for cleaning. It blew my mind. Here is a doctor that cares more about his long term patients (friends, at that point!) than the almighty dollar. Had my first cleaning and Dentist appointment since the pandemic. The staff was impeccable with their care and PPE. The office was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable. Most importantly Dr. Fakhoury and his hygienist cleaned my much needed teeth.

This is the 2nd and last time I'm seeing Dr Fakhoury. I came back because I had a good experience at my 1st visit. Unfortunately that wasn't the same today. First thing I noticed was the receptionist not wearing a mask, when it's mandatory by law. The hygienist did a wonderful job and was very professional, and she's the only reason for the 2 stars, otherwise it would be zero. Then Dr Fakhoury examined me with a mask with filter, which is proved does NOT prevent spread of COVID-19. Finally at check out I was informed they charge $10 for PPE ( personal protective equipment). I've been to several doctor's offices during this pandemic and nobody charges for it. It's not the money what bothers me, it's that they charge for equipment they are not using and/or they don't know how to use properly. Being in Health care they should know better than anyone. Last but not least, when I told the receptionist about all this she was very rude, told me I didn't have to come back if I didn't like it and refused to say goodbye.

The doctor put in a crown and was excellent. The hygienist was excellent. I had questions on the billing and did not like the answer from receptionist. I called twice to speak with doctor and never got a return call. After your cleaning the doctor does not see you unless you get exam and X-rays. I asked for my records and was basically told it would take several days. The records consisted of two pages. The receptionist knew I was annoyed and sent them to me. So happy I left.

Dr.Fakhoury is an amazing dentist. During the pandemic, he made my husband feel very safe and protected . His sanitization of the office was impeccable. Would highly recommend !
