Dr. Natalie Nickerson and her staff are fantastic, every one of them are kind and professional. I can't say enough great things about them. Jana (Insurance lady) goes above and beyond and I am truly grateful to her. I recommend this Dentist office ten fold!!!

After not seeing a dentist for many years, I had quite a few fillings I needed. Dr. Nickerson entire staff was so caring, kind, helpful and honestly just amazing. I was needless to say scared to get 4 fillings in one visit, but Amye, Renee, Kim, and Dr. Nickerson herself made my visit amazing. I am so thankful to all of them! I'm not scared for my next visit. Cannot thank you all enough.

We love Natalie Nickerson, they treat us like a family. I always feel welcome anytime when we come to see them. It's easy to make appointment anytime we needed. I have my cleaning, my root canal, bridge done with them. They also make sure work it out with my insurance so I don't need pay so much on my bill!! Also I love those 2 ladies working in the front Jenna & Kim.

I left shocked, disappointed, scared, and unhappy with my results. Id like to preface this review with some background. I was looking for an office that was mindful of COVID-19 high risk persons. This office made me feel comfortable prior to my visit by explaining all of the COVID procedures. During my visit everything started out great. I was screened; temp, blood pressure and oximeter, the rooms had filtered fans blowing. This was the first time I've took my mask off for the first time in 6 months around a stranger. The hygienist was friendly and put on gloves, sterilized items etc. after my cleaning. She was friendly. Then Dr Nickerson came in. After consult she suggested a procedure and i (regretfully) allowed her to complete. I was not happy with the results and immediately needed a correction. I was then offered to pay for this fix by purchasing bonding and that my insurance wouldn't cover it since it's cosmetic. After the doctor left, the hygienist pulled her mask down to show me her teeth as an example of what it would look like, this was shocking knowing I'm in a high risk category. She was within 12 inches of my face. Nice lady who probably didn't mean any harm or think twice about it. I left scared, upset they tried to sell a fix in place of the unsatisfactory work, and potentially exposed me to Covid. Now I'm going to be anxious for the next 2 weeks.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! I wish I would have found them sooner. The dental hygienist was very thorough with her cleaning and patient teaching. Great experience!

My experience with Natalie Nickerson and her staff has always been pleasant. From the time I walk in until the time I leave, they are nothing but professional and friendly. My hygienists have always been very personal and make me feel at ease.

I was finally able to get to my dentist appointments after surgery from major surgery. I felt that my health and care of others were taking into high consideration during my visit. Dr. Nickerson's team took very good care of me due to medications that I am currently taking. Glad to be back into their care. Thanks to Dr. Nickerson and your staff. RB
