Dr. Augello is an experienced general dentist with degrees from Le Moyne College and UB School of Dental Medicine.Dr. Augello completed a residency in Dental Oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute before entering private practice.Outside of the office, Dr. Augello enjoys yoga, biking, and skiing with her two boys, Benjamin & Harrison, and her husband Mike.
A graduate of UB Dental School, Dr. Lawson completed his dental residency at ECMC under the tutelage of Dr. Augello. He is a WNY native and current President of the 8th District Dental Foundation. Dr. Lawson spends his spare time playing soccer, volleyball and traveling. During the winter he helps disabled skiers at HoliMont's Phoenix Adaptive Program.
Dr. Cha is originally from New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University and New York University College of Dentistry. She moved to Buffalo, NY for ECMC's dental residency program. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and golfing in her spare time.
Liz is agraduate of Canisius College and ECC, and has been a dental hygienist with Nickel City for over 7 years! Liz loves to travel and spend time with her husband Joey, their son Charlie, and dog Frank.
Naelah is a graduate of the ECC Dental Hygiene program and has over 5 years of experience. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, Leo. She also plays in multiple volleyball leagues and loves exploring new hiking trails.
Cassie is our primary hygienist at the Hertel office, and an ECC Dental Hygiene graduate. Outside of the office, she and her husband are in the midst of a large home renovation project. Cassie also enjoys spending time with her dog Blake, and trying out different restaurants in the area.
Stephanie is a graduate of the ECC Dental Hygiene program. She has been a Dental Hygienist for 10 years. Stephanie enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband, two girls Isabel and Eleanor, and their dogs Abby and Mya.
Tasha has been an assistant here for 7 years! When Tasha isn't here at Nickel City, you can find her looking for new house projects to work on. She enjoys spending time with her fiance Trevor and two dogs Remi and Bentley.
Originally from Mexico, NY, Hannah is a graduate of Cayuga Community College's Dental Assisting program. She enjoys boating, snowmobiling, trying out new restaurants with her boyfriend, and visiting her twin brother and fur babies back home.
Dana resides in Cheektowaga with her husband Seth, son Caleb and two dogs, Sophie and Patches. In her down time, you can find Dana at her campground in Franklinville or at home watching a movie from her collection of over 450 films!
Kelly is a graduate from SUNY Fredonia with a degree in Communications. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab Sully, and convincing her friends and family to try out all the new restaurants.
Amy is a Buffalo native and SUNY Fredonia alum. She spent 13 years in San Diego before deciding that she missed chicken wings and the seasons. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the surrounding areas with her husband Timothy, and playing with their two fur babies, Milo and Gracie.
Mike is Dr. Augellos tag team partner in the office and at home. Between managing the books, maintaining equipment, and trying to keep Clementine running, Mike also finds time to volunteer with the Holiday Valley Ski Patrol and sails competitively on Lake Erie during the summer.

Good luck getting an appointment at either location nowadays. Just find another dental office. Don't bother. I miss Dr. Raczka and Dr. Danna :(

Dr. Augello is extremely skilled dentist and she pairs that with her care and concern for her patients. Hannah is also a very skilled assistant to Dr. Augello. She is patient in answering all my questions. What a team! I highly recommend Nickel City Denistry!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever visited! Her bedside manner and professionalism is superior to every other medical/dental provider I have visited! My first visit was very pleasant. The young lady at the front desk greeted me with a genuine smile. I didn't have to wait! My appointment was on time. The office location was very easy to find, no hassle with parking. The staff was very professional, explained everything before they did any procedures. I felt comfortable.

Horrible painful experience. A couple years ago I went in for a routine checkup and the dentists said I had the start of a cavity, so they scheduled me for a filling appointment. Before this procedure, I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. During the procedure I felt immense pain when they drilled into me. No dental experience has come close to being this bad. At the time I attributed it to the fact that I hadnt gotten a filling since I was a little kid, however as the days and weeks and even months went on, that horrible pain from the drilling lingered. So I went in to their other location in Williamsville to have it fixed, and I was optimistically told not to worry, as sometimes it takes a few months to fully adjust. That advice was temporarily helpful. Now, still a couple years later, that awful distinct pain has not gone away. Rather a newfound sensitivity to hard foods or hot or cold drinks etc. is there. Horrible nightmare worst experience zero stars I miss Dr. Raczka and Dr. Danna :(
