The practice carries all the latest brackets, wires, and appliances available, and offers customized treatments for all ages. Adults who are concerned with aesthetics can have clear brackets, which require fewer visits. Lingual brackets, which are placed on the inside of each tooth, are another option. Dr. Palmer is an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan Dental School in the department of Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry. He is also part of the Premier Orthodontists Group of Michigan.

I went to see Dr. Palmer because of malocclusion, meaning my teeth don't all touch when my mouth is closed. This causes an imbalance in the muscles of my face and jaw and tongue and is very uncomfortable to me. My goal in seeing Dr. Palmer was to learn more about what the problem is and how we can fix it. He and his staff are incredibly friendly and follow all the precautionary measures associated with the pandemic. More importantly he was able to identify a slipped articular disk on the right side of my face as the likely cause of imbalance. We recently met to discuss treatment options and he will be making me a custom fit mouth-thingy (my words) in the months to come and I'm totally geeked. Im grateful to have found Dr. Palmer and look forward to what we'll do together to improve my dental and overall health! #GetMyTeethDone

This guy is absurd and disturbed. He Reported a other post I made about him but what he don't know is that I'll continue to make post on here when he falsely reports my post. This guy doesn't belong in the medical field. Simple as that.

I've been coming here and have had had my braces since I've been in 6th grade the doctors are wonderful and very helpful and will entertain you with stories and jokes, Dr Palmer is so funny and very serious at the same time he's very welcoming and is great and will come as much as needed for ortho help

I love going! I can't stress enough the great atmosphere and great service they have here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They are easy to make appointment that fit with your schedule and get you in and out quickly. I would always recommend Dr Palmers office for orthodontics!

This place is AMAZINGGGG!! i have been going here ever since i have been in middle school and let me tell you, this is the best orthodontist i've ever been to. great doctors , Dr.Palmer himself is soooo funny and nice. he himself will change your whole day with this bubbly personality. when i first started here my teeth were TERRIBLE, i mean so bad it took at least a long time to get them straightened. now with my braces off recently i am in love with my smile. Not only are they great with teeth and putting a BIG smile on your face when you walk in, they do many fundraisers for children in need which is very nice. They do so many raffles for the patients, it is very kind of them. I love this office and i love coming to my appointments, my day is made every time i come here. great great service and very clean environment. 10/10 Recommend.

Dr Nick Palmer and his staff are very nice and accommodating. Dr Nick is very nice, understanding and compassionate. He cares about each and every patient. He has helped me for years deal with my painful condition with TMj. I highly recommend their orthodontics office.

Dr Palmers condescending tone with his customers and blaming his patients for why he cannot take the braces off a kid after two years after his original projections are unprofessional and uncalled for. Update: Thanks for your response below to my review. I was not actually referring to my son but rather my other child. But thanks for the HIPPA violation and sharing the specifics of my sons treatment on Google.
