Dr. Gravino is a highly respected general dentist with a special focus on cosmetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. His vast experience means he can provide exquisite care for all members of your family.
Dr. Gravino earned his dental degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine, after earning his bachelors degree from John Carroll University. He has met the rigorous requirements necessary to achieve Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, which makes him one of a very small percentage nationwide. He has also completed extensive training at the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, where he was visiting faculty for over five years.
Dr. Gravinos postgraduate education has encompassed a multitude of topics, including Occlusion (your bite), Restorative Dentistry, Implants, Invisalign clear aligners, Sleep Medicine, Snoring/ Apnea appliances and TMJ.
He maintains memberships in many professional organizations and has been nationally recognized by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry for both excellence in restorative dentistry and his involvement in volunteer work for Give Back a Smile. (This organization restores damaged teeth for domestic abuse survivors.)
He has been voted by his peers as one of Clevelands top dentists in the general-cosmetic category for thirteen consecutive years, as published in Cleveland Magazine. In addition, the American Institute of Dental Professionals voted Dr. Gravino one of the 10 Best Dentists in Ohio in its inaugural year of 2017 and again in 2018.
Dr. Gravino and his wife, Diane, live in Westlake, OH. They have three adult children twin boys, Vince and Joe, and daughter Gabriella. On weekends you can find Dr. Gravino cooking, fishing, or enjoying water sports on Lake Erie.

I came to Dr. Nick's practice with numerous dental problems including advanced periodontal disease. Thanks to the excellent care I have received, I am well on the way to having my dental health restored and regaining my pretty smile. The entire staff is amazing and truly care about their patients and providing the best care available. Every procedure is fully explained, any questions or concerns you may have are thoughtfully addressed and you are encouraged to be a partner in making decisions about your treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Nick and his team, you will be in the very best hands. They have eliminated any stress or anxiety about visiting the dentist. I cannot thank them enough!

Dr. Gravino and his team completely changed my expectations for dental care. The quality of work, competency of the staff, and overall care for patients was on a different level from anything else I've experienced. I went to Dr. Gravino for some restorative dental work. We took a lot of time to discuss options and select the best path forward. The attention that went into planning the work really gave me confidence and comfort with the decisions I was making. The knowledge and skills of the entire staff was very impressive. Each person in his office is a real pro. Shortly after seeing Dr. Gravino my wife switched to him as well. I strongly recommend anyone looking for dental care go and see Dr. Gravino and his team.

I have been seeing Dr. Gravino and his exceptional team for several years now. My whole life I hated going to the dentist, even as an adult. I associated the dentist with pain, anxiety and discomfort. Today, I look forward to my dental appointments be it a cleaning, filling, crown, or Invisalign work. I had no idea how bad my dental provider was until I visited Dr. Gravino and found that going to the dentist does not have to be such a negative experience. Matter of fact, I think I was so relaxed that I fell asleep a time or two when Crystal was working on my grill (Sorry Crystal!). If you understand the value of proper dental health and want the best dental care for you and your family I would absolutely recommend Dr. Nick Gravino.

Dr. Gravino is the best dentist I have ever had. He is a perfectionist and it shows in everything he does. All my childhood dental horrors (I grew up in the 1950's) and any adult dental trauma were eliminated after my visits with Dr.Gravino. He is kind and patient and you will be pain free. You will be very pleased with the results of any dental work you have done with Dr. Gravino. It's not only the doctor that is special, his entire staff are also the best of the best. Every single one is pleasant, professional and good at what they do. I always feel like I am visiting friends when I have an appointment. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Throughout my extensive dental history, I've never had the exceptional experience that I've been receiving at Dr. Gravino office. From the moment you walk in, all the staff are very friendly and treat you like family. I recently had substantial work performed on my teeth that includes whitening, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and veneers at Dr. Gravino's office. The work performed by Dr. Gravino and his staff have been life changing and I'm extremely grateful for the dedication and time invested day in and day out to make sure their patients receive the best quality of work. My only regret is not switching over to Dr. Gravino's office sooner!
