Dr. Hal Nicholson graduated with Honors from the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis, Tennessee. He worked for one year as a dentist for the North Carolina State Board of Health in New Hanover County. Following that year, he spent two years in the United States Army Dental Corps: one year in Fort Lewis, Washington and one year at the 8th Field Hospital in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Our front office staff has been working with Dr. Nicholson for over twenty years and are well-versed in the intricacies of your insurance needs. Our office files your claim on most insurance plans, and if possible we will estimate what your responsibility will be prior to submitting your insurance claim. You will be responsible for your portion of the fee at the time of service. Please be advised that we file insurance as a courtesy to our patients and will do everything possible to collect payment through your insurance provider; however, if your insurance provider has not paid your balance in full within 60 days, it is your responsibility to pay the balance in full.
