I asked for donations for a hygiene project I was doing through the school I worked at and Kathy was amazing! She got me over 160 toothbrushes and a lot of nice toothpaste! Thank you so much for helping my project!

If I could give negative stars I would. The receptionist I spoke with at 2:30 on June 14 was the absolute coldest rudest woman I have ever spoken with in customer service. As a business owner myself I pride myself on going above and beyond to ensure my customers feel valued and taken care of. Dr Nicholson and her staff DO NOT CARE about the patients only your hard hearted money. I had a severe eating disorder as a teen and at first I felt wow I finally found a dentist who cares...but she has pushed off my appointments so much to the point I can barley eat, my teeth grinding and weak enamel are causing further suffering and the way I was treated now has given me the fear to seek dental help from ANYONE. Dr. Nicholson you and your negligence have caused me further pain suffering AND money. Patients BOYCOTT THIS WOMAN AND HER INCOMPETENT STAFF! I promise this review is only to warn anyone who is considering this practice to avoid the suffering I have gone to... Now I no longer even feel confidence to smile... I spent over 20k on dental work in Portland for top of the line orthodontic care...and now need to spend the same amount for crowns/veneers! You would have let this go on until my teeth needed to be pulled out or fell out and that is absolutely foul...you and your staff should be ashamed to even be in the medical field. You are a money hungry disgrace to the industry! I have found another dentist who is advising I contact a lawyer after giving a second option. I advise any patients look for care elsewhere and give it to a dentist who cares about the Heath of your mouth

I have always have had a phobia when going to the dentist from childhood. Things and procedures have changed over the years. The staff understands where I'm coming from. Gentleness and kindness has one me over. Healthy teeth and gums are so important. I am grateful for the employees who care and treat me with concern. I am glad since retiring here in K-Falls, I have a professional place to go and keeps me smiling.

Dr. Nicholson has a friendly & knowledgeable staff who provide accurate treatment estimates and excellent service throughout your entire visit. From the moment you call, you are treated with respect- regardless of insurance coverage or not- and the staff is actually excited to meet you! Dr. Nicholson is intelligent, honest about treatments, and her sense of humor will soothe the anxiety that so many people suffer from during dental visits.

I had a terrible experience. The Dr. is so rude, I couldn't believe it. She was rude to me, other patients, even her employees. It honestly made me feel uncomfortable to hear her talk like that to the people around her. The office pushed treatment that I did not need and attempted to lie about the dates that work was done in order to charge my insurance quicker. I will never go back.
