We are new "old" patients since we recently moved back into the area. My hubby has had some dental/health issues for the past few months, Dr. Nichols just treated him so well, listened to him, said we will figure out all the issues & get him back to 100%. He did not receive that compassion, understanding & dedication with the Dr. he saw previously or at Urgent Care visits. So happy to be back in her care.

I absolutely loved my first appointment. Have had Dr Jennie at the Health dept and really want to be her patient full time. The staff were so nice and respectful. I never felt rushed there. Felt like home.

Recently had a cleaning and check up at Nichols Dentistry. Dental health is super important to your overall health. I would highly recommend the wonderful staff at Nichols. They are professional, friendly and thorough.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Jennie and her amazing staff for 8 years! We are always treated with such warmth and hospitality from the moment we open the door. My hygienist Bobbie Joe is gentle and thorough with every cleaning! Dr. Jennie is always brilliant, friendly, and professional! After every visit I know we were given the best dental care in Medina!

This week a crown came out. I called Dr. Nichol's office and they were able to get me in within three days. After assessing the situation, Dr. Jennie was able to recement my crown back in and I didn't need a whole new crown. I was thankful.
