Every day at Springfield Dental Care, we discussoptions for people they didnt know existed; sometimes this means they can solve dental problems theyve lived with for years, while other times people they dont have to do some treatment that another dentist has recommended.

I value being treated as an individual and strive to maintain that personal experience for each person who comes through our doors. I have worked in places where folks were treated like a number. I felt that experience was lacking and the care provided was substantially worse than what was available if only we could have spent more time learning what was important to that person.

My team and I truly do work with our patients to determine what they want and then deliver it for them. We are happy to spend our days with people who want to maintain or improve their quality of life and are thrilled to be their partners in the process!

Ive been practicing dentistry for about 15 years. I grew up in a dental environment, watching my father practice dentistry in Denver, Colorado. He had a great passion for the people he was lucky to serve. I wanted that opportunity as well, but I chose to do so in Southwest Missouri, where I wanted to make my home.

I attended Creighton University, the University of Colorado at Boulder, and Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, prior to starting my dental schooling. I completed a Bachelors in Medical Science and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Colorado Health Science Center School of Dentistry in 2006.

Like all areas of healthcare, dentistry is a constantly advancing field. Research leads to innovative new technologies, materials, and methodologies, many of which improve diagnostics, treatment, and outcome.

These organizations offer numerous opportunities for me to learn about the latest changes in dentistry. I carefully evaluate the new options and integrate those which are proven to provide excellent value into the practice. This ensures we are offering patients the best modern dental solutions!

If Im not seeing patients, youll likely find me with family. Tara, my wife, and I have two kids who keep us busy. Tara worked in dentistry as a hygienist and in our office she has helped out in every role. Now, her professional focus is on serving dental practices remotely.

My favorite ways to spend free time are racing motorcycles, along with fixing and restoring old motorcycles. I also make the most of time at the lake and traveling with my family: we love adventurous activities!

I grew up in Rogersville showing horses and playing volleyball. I graduated from OTCs dental hygiene program. My husband and I enjoy keeping up with our two very active teenagers. As a family, we enjoy hiking, hunting, being on the water, and playing with our potbellied pigs.

I enjoy forming patient relationships and easing dental fears. There are so many people who are anxious about dentistry and I love being able to show them that we can improve their oral health without a painful, traumatic experience. By preventing and treating oral disease, I help to protect a patients teeth and gums and their overall health.

I started in the field as a Dental Assistant in 2007, then returned to school and completed my degree in dental hygiene in 2013. I joined Dr. Hein and this practice in 2018 and love how he strives for perfection in every aspect of dentistry. He takes times to educate patients and answer their questions, and he truly cares about their totalhealth. That is true of everyone at Springfield Dental Care: we all want the best for our patient family!

My husband Ryan and I married in 2008 and we have two young boys, Walter and Harvey. We also have a tiny Maltese, Millie, who acts more like a cat than a dog. Our time with family is very important to us, so most of our weekends and filled with family dinners and play dates, and summers are spent at the pool!

I ran a large retail business for the better part of my career, then decided to step away from that to become a foster mom. I found I missed interacting with people, though, and love that I can work here while the kiddos are in school. Honesty and integrity define Dr. Hein and my coworkers. No corners are cut, ever, and every patient is respected as a person, not a paycheck!

When I go home, its to be with my loved ones. My high school sweetheart and I have been married for over 30 fabulous years. It is our joy to have raised two beautiful daughters who are now a blessing to their communities. Together, we have enjoyed an adventurous life as ministers, business executives, and foster parents. In our empty-nest years, we have filled our days with creativity and fun, and have taken to remodeling, cycling, and relaxing in the pool.

At Springfield Dental Care I love having the opportunity to make connections with each one of the patients I meet. Being back in the room is sometimes uneasy for patients, so it's great to be able to see them laugh and smile during their most vulnerable times. Seeing them happy and confident with their smiles is the cherry on top! I wouldn't trade this position for anything.

I love the patient interaction and relationship building that comes with working in this field. Nothing is more rewarding than giving someone a more healthy smile and seeing the change in their confidence from it. I also love the art of dentistry. I am a hands on person, so being able to do more things like place fillings and work on crowns brings me joy.The team I work with really is the best in town. Dr. Hein is so genuine in his style of dentistry. He connects with every patient that walks through the door and truly cares about their dental health.

I have a wonderful husband Michael, and 2 beautiful girls, Savvie and Kimber. We live in Strafford, Mo. We also have a farm in Conway, Mo. Our farm consists of cows, goats, and a donkey. We have plenty of pets as well, our love for animals is quite large. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my immediate and extended family that is very large, spending time outdoors, and cooking. I enjoy trying new recipes for my family and sneaking in exercise as much as possible.

At Springfield Dental Care I am in charge of behind the scenes work. I love the opportunity to meet patients and answer any insurance and/or payment questions they have. Insurance can be confusing at times, so I believe it is important to help patients navigate through any questions that arise.

I am a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas. During my time spent at the university I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Public Health. I am currently working on my Master's in Health Administration from Missouri State. I am very passionate about community health and love working in an environment that provides services that improvethe health and well-being of individuals.

My husband and I have been apart of the Springfield community for a little while now. We love to go hiking on the different trials in the Ozarkswith our golden retriever, June. We enjoy being active and find any excuse to spend time outside.
