Dr. Poblete was born and raised in San Francisco and the surrounding area, and earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University Of San Francisco in 1995. Shortly after graduation, he gained valuable experience as a research associate for the UCSF School of Medicine studying the absorption of medication through the skin. After doing this for two years, he contemplated getting his doctorate in Pharmacology, but instead chose to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a dentist, as both his parents were in the Philippines. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2001. Towards the end of 2001, he moved to the Central Valley and worked as an associate for five years. After falling in love with the area, in 2007, Dr. Poblete took over the well-established and customer service driven practice of Dr. John Padmos and has been living the dream ever since.
He is an active member of The American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the Stanislaus Dental Society (SDS) of which he serves as Community Health Chairman. He feels very blessed to do what he does and volunteers his time unconditionally for the children of the Head Start Program and the Office of Education. He is diligently working to bringing Give Kids a Smile to the Modesto area in the near future. Dr. Poblete is member of the Modesto and INPUT Study Club.
He is married to his beautiful wife April, a Hughson native, and they currently have two little rambunctious boys, Ellis (2 years) and Cameron (6months). In his spare time, Dr. Poblete enjoys roasting and drinking coffee, playing tennis and spending time with his family. Being a native San Franciscan and growing up 10 minutes from Candlestick Park, Dr. Poblete is a lifelong Giants fanatic whose dreams came true when they finally won the World Series in 2010.

I have been a patient of Dr. Poblete for about five years. went in for a cleaning on October 19th. The experience I had was favorable. I would recommend Dr. Poblete to the public. He is a skilled dentist.

Just established myself as a new patient w/Dr Poblete. First impression & wait time were impressive, all staff & Dr Poblete were very thorough, professional & made me feel comfortable right off the bat. Going to the dentist can be intimidating, but not here. They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & have all questions answered. Definitely a keeper!! Recommend.

I am always very happy with my care from Dr. Poblete and his staff. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I have seen several different hygienists, and had a positive experience with each of them. The office building is up to date, clean and well decorated. I highly recommend trusting them with your dental care!

As always, I had a great experience at the dental office of Dr. Poblete. He and his staff are competent, kind, and empathic. Sometimes going to the dentist is not a pleasant experience but Dr. Poblete makes sure that your needs are met and you feel comfortable during your stay. Highly recommend!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The nurse who did my cleaning was great. It feels like she did a thorough job. AND she was great to talk with and share stories. Not sure that is a part of her job!!

I can't say enough good things about this TEAM! They are all amazing and make you feel so comfortable. I went to see Dr. Poblete for an old TMJ issues that had come back. I can honestly say I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Poblete's office. The staff was extremely friendly and professional and always made me feel comfortable and made me feel like a part of their family. Dr. Poblete and his staff always took the time to explain things in detail and made my visits and treatments a great experience. The office was extremely clean, cozy, inviting and professional. Dr. Poblete was very kind, courteous, friendly, professional and took the time to listen to my concerns and always made me feel like he genuinely cared about my dental issues more than any dentist I have ever met.
