Dr. Dose knew Eugene wasnt his final stop. So, he eventually created his own dental office in Lake Oswego where he could be there for his patients as a dentist they could trust from birth to senior living.

Dr. Dose is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Eugene. At his dental office in Lake Oswego, Dr. Dose has a practice philosophy thats patient-focused with an emphasis on individualized care based on each patients unique needs meaning we see you as a person, not just a dollar sign in the dental chair.

Hes vowed to treat each patient like family, even thinking of possible treatment options at home, after hours, because hes a true dentist invested in providing the best possible outcome for every patient.

Dr. Dose is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Eugene by his mother and fathera retired dentist himself. While Eugene will always have a special place in his heart, Dr. Dose always knew it was not going to be his final destination for his practice and life.

He had his hopes set on Portland, the city he loves for his diversity. Dr. Dose is also a self-confessed foodie who enjoys all the amazing culinary offerings available in Portland and Lake Oswego. You can find him visiting the newest restaurants and searching for the best IPAs.

In his spare time, Dr. Dose likes staying active through playing sports, running, and cycling. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, cooking, wine tasting, and binge-watching the latest television series or movies.

Kellie has been working in dentistry since 2006, and she says she feels so fortunate to be doing so. She loves working with a fantastic team and patients. Working in the front office, Kellie has responsibilities that include helping to manage all aspects of the business, providing a warm, personal experience for patients, and assisting the staff as they do the same. Kellie says patients are in for a unique experience when they see us because we have Riley the therapy dog, great vibes, a super cool doctor, and an incredible team dedicated to providing an exceptional service level to all patients. When you work with Kellie, youll find shes always happy, friendly, a taskmaster, a go-getter, and goal-oriented. Fun fact about Kellie: Shes also a certified Nutritional Therapist. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors in the rivers, lakes, and sun. She also likes taking walks, yoga, meditation, Chinese medicine, playing chess, and loving on her two cats Lennox and Whitey. Kellie is also a self-proclaimed die-hard Patriots fan.

Kirsty is a graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in public health. A fun fact about Kirsty is that she was actually a patient at the office while growing up. When shes not busy providing patient care and oral hygiene instruction, Kirsty loves taking time to build relationships with her patients. She loves laughing and learning with them! Kirsty says she really enjoys helping people and dental hygiene allows her to do just that several times over each day. She loves it when patients can see the deep connection between their oral and overall health. Since high school, Kirsty was drawn to dentistry because a smile is one of the first things she notices about a person. She loves the fact that she gets to help someone feel more confident. Youll find that Kirsty is reliable, gentle, thoughtful, optimistic, and punny because she loves a good pun. When shes not taking care of smiles, Kirsty likes painting, doing puzzles, baking, boating, waterskiing, golfing, and snuggling her familys golden retriever named Millie.

Michelle received her training at Ft. Polk in Louisiana, courtesy of the United States Army at the Red Cross Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC). Michelle is also a graduate of Front Range Community College in Laramie, Colorado, where she earned her expanded functions dental assistant certification. Some of her office responsibilities include providing clinical support, overseeing and monitoring the daily flow of dental assistants, placing purchase orders, updating OSHA and master maintenance lists, and more. Michelle says she chose her current career path because she wanted to do something that was and is both personally and professionally rewarding. She loves helping others become comfortable and happy in their smiles. She says being at our office is unique because of the close relationships everyone has with each other. Michelle feels like its a true bond a family. Youll find that Michelle is very dependable, flexible, patient, friendly, and personable. Outside of the office, shes very proud of her family, with her son recently enlisting in the Oregon National Guard and for being an amazing self-taught drummer. Michelle is equally proud of her daughter, who is about to graduate and become a surgical technician. Michelle also loves spending time with her granddaughter, going for long drives, diving, and being with her friends.

Paula attended Portland Community College and has well over three decades of experience working in dentistry. As office manager, Paula stays pretty busy managing schedules, answering phones, helping with treatment plans, doing payroll, running weekly reports as she says, the list goes on, and there are too many duties to list. Paula says she became interested in dental care when a family member was working as a dental assistant. She was intrigued by the assistants stories and her enthusiasm for her work. Paula knew she wanted a career helping people as well with dental health care needs and better smiles. She says its fascinating! Paula is always prepared, responsible, compassionate, humorous, and dedicated. Paula loves working with Dr. Dose because of his attention to detail, caring attitude, great personality, honest, and genuine passion for his work. She also loves Riley, our funny, four-legged greeter, and our friendly, caring staff. Paula says shes thankful her professional life has been rewarding and for all of the friendships shes made over the years. Outside of work, Paula enjoys reading, quilting, gardening, doing projects around the house, and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Ryan joined our team in late 2021 after receiving his Bachelors Degree in Humanities from Eastern Washington University, followed by his certification as a Dental Assistant from Portland Community College. As our Hygiene Assistant, he helps with all hygiene procedures, sterilization, and many other tasks around the office. Ryan was inspired by a Dental Hygienist that he knew in his childhood. He loves that his job allows him to help people, and that our office has a friendly, warm atmosphere that immediately puts patients at ease. Ryan is incredibly respectful and insightful, but also has a distinctively goofy side. When hes not working, youll find him lifting weights, playing guitar, singing and writing music, skiing, cooking and drawing.
