Thinking about oral surgery can be overwhelming, so its important to have a knowledgeable doctor that you can trust, who will guide you through every step of the treatment process. Luckily, we have Dr. Sanil B. Nigalye, who is one of the most dedicated and passionate oral surgeons you will ever meet. Since 2007, he has devoted his time and career to caring for the people of the Greater Buffalo area by opening private practice in Williamsville. While his training is within the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Nigalye focuses on the management of impacted teeth, rehabilitating mouths through dental implants and tissue regeneration, outpatient anesthesia and treatment of benign pathology of the head and neck region.

After Dr. Nigalye received his medical and dental degrees from the University at Buffalo, he continued on to the highly intensive 6-year Oral and Maxillofacial training program at UB. Through that program and many other amazing and educational experiences, Dr. Nigalye has developed an in depth understanding of the management of a wide spectrum of patients ranging from critical care patients to the medically complex to facial trauma patients and patients with routine dental problems.

Dr. Nigalye is committed to lifelong learning. He embraces continuing education, having earned over 700 continuing education credits in less than 10 years (the minimum requirement is 60 credits every three years). He believes it is incredibly important to be educated on all of all the advances in dentistry and incorporate new surgical and anesthesia techniques for the benefit of his patients.

In his spare time, Dr. Nigalyeloves skiing, traveling, fitness (High Intensity Interval Training at his local gym), and spending time with his wife, who is also a dentist that shares a similar passion. Together they have 2 sons and definitely know what it means to be busy parents!

Let me start by saying I'm terrified of dentists. I had to have my bottom wisdom teeth removed. Niagara dental was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The staff was very caring and professional and seeing as I live out of state they were able to get me in and take care of my teeth. From the very beginning they were awesome to work with. They set a day for my surgery was able to get me in earlier and it was seemless I was very anxious about all of it but their team went above and beyond while taking care of my teeth. They called back a few days to check in on how I was doing and seemed to honestly care about their patients which seems to be hard to find anymore. Thank you guys so much I would 110% recommend these guys for anyone needing dental work done. Truly awesome thank you for everything.

It took almost 2 months before Dr Sanil Nigalye would even see me for a broken infected tooth. Then on June 16 th he didn't even look at the tooth but wanted to know if I wanted an implant for $6000 I explained that that was a lot more then I thought just remove it. He gave me the sales pitch but all I wanted at this point was to have what was left of the tooth removed. He was visibly upset that I did not want the $6000 implant and wanted to give me a written estimate that took another 15 minutes but I still said no. Then he left the room for another 10 minutes when he returned with his gown on nothing was said he just started the removal of the tooth. In recent years I've had four teeth removed but never ever had such a bad experience as what happened next. First of all he pushed down on the tooth extremely hard several times to the point it hurt alot even with the novalcain or whatever he used and hurt my neck. Then he puts some kind of saw in my mouth and I could taste blood being splattered all over in my mouth after several passes with the saw he put some gauze in my mouth to soak up the blood, it was like having a construction worker with a pickax in my mouth. He finally got it out and never said anything and walked out. $550 later just to pull a tooth I was still in pain. In 7 days it still hurt so I came back he looked at it and said that's normal rinse it with warm water there is no infection in there. The pain was still there I was waking up soaking wet in the middle of the night with severe nausea . Finally 12 days later my regular doctor put me on an antibiotic which solved the pain issue and night sweats but almost 2 months later I'm still having issues that won't go away. In after thought maybe I should have spent $6000 and had an implant maybe I would have been treated more professionally but I doubt it this guy is an animal and is only interested in the $$$$$$$

This is the second time we had Dr. Bryan pull wisdom teeth for one of our kids. She is simply the kindest person you will ever meet. Patiently, explained everything we needed to know for post- operative care and then followed up personally the evening of the extraction. Her office followed up again a couple days latter. You couldn't be in better hands!

I was super nervous. Everyone in Dr. Bryan's makes sure you are comfortable from the very first consultation. Every question is answered and a treatment plan is made specifically for you. I was super nervous about anesthesia and Dr Bryan and I worked out a plan that worked for me. I had no complications. Dr Bryan's office followed up and made sure all was going well. Everyone is super kind in the office.

Dr. Bryan and her staff were excellent with my tween daughter who needed to have teeth removed but also has sensory processing disorder and medical trauma from previous surgeries/providers. After attempting removal on two other occasions at another doctor, we were referred to Dr. Bryan. Her staff was outstanding, pre-planning and preparing to ensure that my daughter's every need/worry were met. Dr. Bryan took every possible measure to ensure that she provided a positive medical experience for my daughter, and it worked. We will be returning to her office in several years when it is time to have my daughter's wisdom teeth removed.

Spent more than 1 hour waiting for a 2 minute "visit" and nothing was done except to make another appointment. Supposed to start taking antibiotics last night but script never sent to my pharmacy.
