I had my 6th implant today. The last 5 implant 6yrs ago and those are still intact in excellent conditions to compare to other 10 implants i had in Cancun/Vietnam. I am very happy to see him fully recovered from heart issues! Regard those bad unfavorite review, i am feel sorry for you! Believe it or not, Dr Dinh always work really hard for trying his best methods, care plan for his patients and treat them as friends or member of his family! I can't speak for the rest of the staff but my orthodontist is Dr. Tram and I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior before in my life. Not only did she scream at me in front of other patients but she also made rude comments on my appearance. She also spoke to me as if I was a child and incapable of understanding anything, which was also super degrading. I don't know about anyone else but I personally don't appreciate spending my money in a place I don't even feel comfortable being at. I definitely don't recommend coming here, go someplace you would want to be respected because this place definitely ain't it.

Wait time is outrageous. Had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. And they over charge me as well as charge me for insurance portion. Never go here

But one time we didn't bring the bands inside, so our dentist assumed that we never even worn them and dismisses us. You see, we came here to get our wire changed not to be dismissed. We pay you, the dentist, to do specific tasks for our teeth. In this case, it was to change the wire. So we were dismissed home but we still had to pay the bill for the wire change. It sucks to pay for a service that didn't even happen.
