Dr. Bill Nguyen is a local product of the OC. He graduated as Valedictorian from El Modena High School in Orange and went on to study Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating with Honors and receiving several awards and commendations for academic excellence and clinical achievement. He completed his residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he achieved the Orthodontic Clinical Award given to the top senior resident.
Dr. Nguyen was a faculty member of the University of California, Los Angeles, Section of Orthodontics. He is an active member of various local and national dental and orthodontic organizations. Dr. Nguyen has been certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This is an elective process and represents Dr. Nguyens continual effort to excel in his specialty. Today only a small percentage of orthodontists throughout the world have gone this extra step to become Diplomates.
Dr. Nguyens wife, Ann, is also involved in the dental field as a Registered Dental Hygienist. They have been married for 19years. Dr. Nguyen is actively involved in various community affairs and donates his time to local charitable causes. Through the Rotary Club of Laguna Niguel, he helps distribute dictionaries to third graders, provide free dentistry, and award scholarships to graduating high school seniors at Dana Hills High School and Aliso Niguel High School. Dr. Nguyens five children, Nathan, Nicole, Natalie, Noelle and Nicholas keep him plenty busy outside the office.

I really cannot express how wonderful Dr. Nguyen and staff is. They are professional, fun, and experts in their field. I am in my 50's and wanted the same smile I had years ago. Seems impossible, I know. I got my braces off yesterday and Dr. Nguyen did just that. I said to my husband " I wish you could see how wonderful they really are ". He said "actually I can see it in your smile". My husband couldn't be more happy and neither can I.

Dr. Nguyen and the entire team were amazing from start to finish! He gave my daughter an estimate of length of her treatment and she got her braces off exactly when expected even during a pandemic! Her teeth look amazing and her face completely changed due to the wonderful work of Dr. Nguyen. Whenever things came up during treatment they were quick to accommodate her. The back office staff are TOTAL angels, treat every patient special, and have you in and out as quick as possible. Scheduling is always a breeze with the front office, they are always kind and never had a single scheduling mishap in the years we worked with them.

The best part about this Office is the staff. I can go on for hours about the amazing work that they did and the quality service, but it really was everyone that works there that made my time with them special. Everyone who works there cares so much about their work and patients and it is refreshing to see. I found myself looking forward to appointments just to catch up with everyone! Going there was always the highlight of my day and they never failed to put a smile on my face. Which is now a good thing because I absolutely love the smile they gave me. I was a difficult case and the work that they did was phenomenal. I still can't believe the results every time I look in the mirror. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Nguyen, Debbie, Patsy, and everyone else there, but sincerely, THANK YOU. If you ever need any ortho work done, I could not recommend them highly enough. They truly are the best people for the job!

Dr Nguyen did the impossible for us. Every orthodontist told us our son could not wear Invisalign and had to wear braces. We went to Dr Nguyen and her did the Invisalign for our son and it's working great. He can take the difficult cases and make them work!!! He is a genius in the dental field!

The office was very clean and they washed their hands a lot. They limited the number of staff and patients in the office. I felt very safe. I love that they are always on time for the appointment and finish faster than promised!

We made an appointment for braces check up after long period of lockdown. The stuff at the office follows safety guidelines. We felt well take care of and safe.

If I could add one more star I would! I was referred to Dr Nguyen's office by my dentist. I was hesitant at first because of my prior experiences. So I waited a while to start my treatment. Im glad I decided to continue with it. I cant express enough how Dr Nguyen and his staff has helped me throughout the initial process with braces. The start up was smooth beginning with the initial consultation and the break down of costs. Dr Nguyen is straight to the point, and let me know up front what treatment may or may not work with my complex history. Dr Nguyen is very knowledgable and has a great personality. And his entire staff is wonderful. The front desk, the gal taking X-rays, and the dental assistant/hygienists are all professional and friendly. If anyone is looking for a new orthodontist or need one, I highly recommend him.
