Candy Thomas Patient care coordinator. Candy Thomas has been in the dental and pharmacology field for over 30 years. She has a specialized role as a patient advocate with her experience working in all faucets of the dental office. Her role as the patient care coordinator allows her to learn the specific needs and goals of our patients and supporting them throughout the process.

I had a consultation with Dr. Dzuy M. Nguyen recently. His bedside manner was the worst I have ever seen in a healthcare professional, and I have lived in Seattle since 1990. He didn't even bother to fake a greeting or smile (most people would at least fake it, especially for the 1st meeting). His rough manners were completely off-putting to me. You can tell a lot about a person by their demeanor and body language. Dr. Nguyen looked distracted and disinterested, just speeding through the process as if I was just clearly a number to him. I reminded the office many times I had emailed them my x-rays (taken only a month ago), but they still took a new one anyway. And it looked less clear than one I emailed, No one wants to take (and pay) so many x-ray unless it's necessary! And the assistant did not put the x-ray vest on me, which is not acceptable.

They were very friendly and accommodating! Dr. Nguyen and his staff are very professional and I would highly recommend there office!

Would not recommend. Staff was very friendly and nice. Dr. Nguyen was rude, barely made an effort to say hi or good morning. Asked condescending questions, made me feel like I totally wasted his time. Left the office almost in tears with just how blunt and rude he was. I would not recommend this dentist

Dr. Moran saved me! I had tooth pain for 4 days, when I say tooth pain I mean severe extreme pain. His office staff worked me in ASAP. 6:45am appt. Root canal was painless and his compassion was awesome. Patty was so kind and she worked with me as far as payment. I highly recommend South Seattle Endodontics.

Dr. Moran saved me! I had tooth pain for 4 days, when I say tooth pain I mean severe extreme pain. His office staff worked me in ASAP. 6:45am appt. Just had a root canal this am and the procedure was painless. Dr. explained the process beforehand and then recapped what he did afterwards. I had total confidence in both the Dr. and his assistance the whole way thru. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

I had done my Re Root Canal and Bleached for my dis colored tooth... Hats off to Dr. Dzuy and assistance Candy for the pain free dental care and excellent service. Dr. Dzuy and Candy make me feel so comfortable during all the process... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Amazing doctor. I had a tooth that had been hurting for almost two months, I had a crown placed in the hopes that it would help with the pain at another dentist. Unfortunately, my tooth was too damaged and required a fairly urgent root canal. Dr. Nguyen and his office was able to fit me in an hour after I called them. I was treated very well and had a successful and mostly painless (hard to anesthetize a tooth that's very inflamed, so don't wait!) procedure. I would definitely recommend him and his team for anyone looking for a root canal.

Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Moran and their staff are all excellent at what they do. They are very caring. I received very prompt care for the problem I was having. This was a second time I had seen Dr. Nguyen for a dental problem and I have been very pleased with the care I received both times.

I went in to Dr. Nguyen for my first root canal, after one of my old fillings cracked, and I'm glad I did! Him and his dental assistants made me feel extremely comfortable by explaining the whole process to me and answer all of my questions before we started. I'm a big scaredy cat so this was huge for me. The process was quick, painless and as pleasant as a root canal can be! The root canal was done perfectly and I haven't had any issues with the tooth since. I highly recommend this office to everyone!

I recently had my second root canal with Dr. Nguyen. I was comfortable during the rather long procedure and informed of everything that would happen. Afterward I had minor pain for a couple days but after that back to 100%. I hope I won't need more of this kind of dental work but if I do I will come back to Dr. Nguyen.
