I had a nice and informative visit here. I was educated on things I didn't know, issues were found, and with explanations of how it happened, why. And what to do to take care of my issues. I do not regret coming to this office. The staff are super nice, everybody was great. Facility is super clean, and the dental process itself was done with care.

I checked reviews prior to scheduling my appointment. They lived up to reviews great staff. Pleasant environment , thorough exam and they went over every detail of potential billing and work to be done. Made me feel comfortable. Very satisfied.

First appointment at Nexus was this afternoon and it was WONDERUL. The staff was welcoming and Dr Patel was knowledgeable and proficient. They got me in and out and back to work in a shortened time frame. Highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

My daughter and I have been going here for a couple years and they make us feel like family! They get us both taken care of in a timely manner and are always so friendly and professional! So glad we found this place!

This office is amazing, the Doctor's are extremely knowledgeable and make sure every question is answered before you leave the office. The dental assistance and front office staff make you feel welcome and comfortable.while you are in the chair. Thanks for helping me straighten my teeth,. Some may not know you don't always have to go to and Orthodontist to get straightened teeth. #notametalmouth #invasalign

I have been very pleased with Nexus Dental. The staff are always kind and very knowledgeable about my insurance benefits and they try to accommodate my crazy schedule. Tara has always went above and beyond and for that I am truly grateful.

I'm impressed with the ladies in the front :) Tara took her time to inform me of what to expect about my visit. She really put me at ease with her knowledge and empathy to my concerns. Going to the dentist is not on my list of fun/enjoyable things to do, that said, I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you to the entire team of Nexus Dental.

Had a great experience today at Nexus Dental. The service I received today for my annual cleaning was outstanding. Kerstin and Dr. Swaruy were superb. Couldn't ask for better service.

I was truly impressed with the precautions that Nexus Dental has taken with the COVID-19 pandemic . They made me feel safe and comfortable in going to the office for my appointment which I had put off for several months because of the virus.. I felt they cared about my safety as well as theirs. The dental care has always been the best. Thanks to the office staff and Felica

Front office extremely rude , Tara and Tassa were unprofessional and condescending and arrogant . They are very pushy and aggressive , last time they wanted to charge my wife $25 for not wearing a mask. Poor communication skills. I would not recommend anyone to make appointments . do yourselves a favor and stay away from Nexus Dental. By the way, I have read so many bad reviews about Tara, same complaint, why is she still working for this office, that shows that the owner couldn't care less about reviews or patients

I have had a great experience at Nexus Dental every time I have visited for routine checkups and procedures. The front office staff is very welcoming and do a great job of providing an explanation of benefits. The assistants, hygienists, and dentists have consistently provided me with a comforting experience. The office in general has been very efficient and timely with a variety of procedures. Kudos to the entire team at Nexus Dental. I look forward to continuing to see Dr. Swarup and Dr. Patel in the future and would recommend both to all my family and friends!

The most bizarre experience I've had at a dentist. I went in for an initial exam at a new dentist because my insurance had changed. I had requested Dr Patel as he seemed to be an experienced dentist and was authorized by my insurance. Nexus instead swapped in a dentist only licensed in 2020 when I came in, without my consent. After the exam, a tech told me that their hygienist had quit last year and the dentists are doing the cleanings. Well, alright. I complained about the unauthorized switch to a relatively inexperienced dentist and took a photo of the certificates on the wall since I'd never heard of the new dentist. A day before my scheduled cleaning with Patel, Nexus called and canceled my cleaning and did not allow me to reschedule, refusing to give a reason despite my asking multiple times. Guess I avoided further surprise but that was a first!

Very pleased with my first appt. Staff experienced and courteous. Impressed with Dr Swarup and the quality exam including cancer screening. They have the latest technology in equipment. Very clean office and all Covid precautions in place. After all my research, I feel I have selected a great practice.
