Highly recommend Dr. Eftekhari! I've been visiting his office for a couple of years, each visit he has been patient with my request and answers all questions. I have been to other places, but never get as good of results with botox as I do at Dr. Eftekhari's. His office is easy to schedule appointments with and prices are very reasonably priced! Cant say enough good things!

Dr. Eftekhari is the best! His work is amazing. I have been seeing him for over a year now and have never had any issues. I have had Botox from other injectors and none of them compare to Dr. Eftekhari's work. He is a perfectionist. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall a great experience!

Dr. Eftekhari did my daughter's 2 wisdom teeth extraction and biopsy of her cyst. We are very satisfied with the Doctor, his assistant Sean and front desk staff Dennis. Very knowledgable, friendly, patient, thoughtful and professional.

Dr Eftekhari was very good, handled my husband's face problem professionally. He did not order unnecessary procedures or exam. He took time to answer our questions well and was very personable. We felt very comfortable with his professional care. And the office staff was friendly and understanding when working with our insurance billing issues.

This is by far the worst experience ever with a doctor office scheduling an appointment. We were referred by dentist office and left a message the first time, a week later no acknowledgement. Sent a text, Denies replied and gave a second chance! We were sent to Monarch Carrollton office, left a message, no acknowledgement for over a week. Called back and speaking with both offices, got an appointment scheduled on may 18, 2021. A week before called to confirm and make sure the insurance was verified, was told we don't have an appointment and all appointments were moved to the 11th of May, left a voice Mail, never received one (lies) we gave a second chance and spoke with Tanya the manager at Monarch, almost 10 days and no reply from this office manager. Both offices get a 0 rating if available. P.s. This is for the doctor, they are driving patients away from your practice and hurting your business.

Had a appointment at 1:00 pm, but waited for 30 minutes longer than usually. The young white lady told me and my mom to put a mask on, but not the other white gentleman seated across from us. That was rude for her to do such a thing and will be taking our business somewhere else.

A seemingly tireless journey from orthodontist to dentist to surgeon had this mom and teenager exhausted! What a pleasant surprise we found at NextGen when Dr Ektekhari and his team produced a nearly painless experience from start to finish and guided us every step of the way making the whole surgical process easy for us both. I recently went to get my wisdom teeth extracted here and it was the easiest procedure I have ever got done! No pain whatsoever! I was so nervous getting this procedure done but they did a get a job at making me feel right at home! Everyone was super sweet and helpful from the day of the procedure to the following days!! Hours after my procedure I felt back to normal doing the steps given & medication they had prescribed me! Definitely recommend visiting Dr. Eftekhari's office!

Dr. Eftekhari is an excellent surgeon. My two older children, who both have complicated medical issues including my daughter with a severe bleeding disorder, needed outpatient surgery for their impacted wisdom teeth. Dr Eftekhari is friendly and caring and made sure we fully understood the risks and complications with the procedure. The surgeries went perfectly! I am so happy with the outcome. Dr. Eftekhari's staff is terrific. This was a time sensitive issue and the staff made sure all the necessary authorizations from insurance were obtained to make these surgeries happen. The staff answered all of the many phone calls regarding questions we had through this process. This office answers phone calls (which I find rare these days) and texted messages to me as well. I am very impressed with the experience and I HIGHLY recommend Dr Eftekhari.

I never saw the doctor. I jumped through all the required hoops to be a new patient, completed all the paperwork, scheduled my first appointment . I blocked the time, gathered all my info, spent 1 hr driving time and showed up with diagnostics in hand. Upon arrival they told me most everything they had told me was not the case and this doctor would not be able to see or even help me. They said a new office worker had made all these mistakes. I caked back when I got gone for the office manager. They said she was in a meeting and would call me. Zero happened. Sad excuse for an office.

Dr. Eftekhari and his staff are incredible. Very friendly, attentive and always make you feel welcome. They have COVID protocols in place to keep everyone safe, including waiting in your car until your appointment time, temperature checks, and masks are required. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Eftekhari's practice.

I had such a wonderful experience here today. I went in to get my impacted wisdom tooth extracted and only got the local anesthetic. I was kinda worried it may hurt, but to my amazement I didn't feel a thing! This was the best experience I ever had getting a tooth extracted. Dr. Eftekhari is very knowledgeable and experienced. It took him less than 10 min for the whole extraction! The whole staff was awesome and nice. Thank you!
