For more than 23 years we have been providing quality dentistry in Oakland, California and the surrounding areas. After 2 years of renovating to a state-of-the art facility we are excited to open our doors to the Oakland community and introduce you to our family-friendly practice.

Dr. Solomon grew up in Ethiopia and the U.K. before settling in the United States during high school. She has called the San Francisco Bay Area home for the past 15 years with a brief hiatus in the greater NY area during dental school. She obtained her DDS at New York University, College of Dentistry. It was there where she honed in on her passion to teach others through her experience as a peer mentor, anatomy tutor and a general dentistry teaching assistant. She exemplifies that same level of passion and acute knowledge of dentistry through effective patient counseling with respect to dental health, prevention and treatment. Her friendly and peaceful demeanor makes her very approachable as she continually strives to treat all patients with the same care and attentiveness as her own family.
Dr. Solomon is a board member of the Alameda County Dental Association, and a member of the California Dental Society and Punjabi Dental Society. Through these organizations, Dr. Solomon spends hours on continuing education in order to stay on top of the latest dental technology and techniques. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Solomon enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids as well as traveling and outdoor activities.

This was my first time here, found the office on google and I will definitely be making NextGen Dentistry my home dentistry. Everyone was amazing. Literally felt super comfortable and heard which is EXTREMELY important for me. I will be returning and referring the office to all my friends and family

Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the hygienist, and Dr. Solomon was amazing. I'm so glad I found them! Paperwork was a breeze and they have Saturday appointments which was really helpful.

Dr. Solomon is the best dentist you could ever hope for. She is professional, meticulous, and caring. Treatment plans are on point and reasonably priced. Never have to worry about being overcharged or prescribed unnecessary procedures - which some dentists in the Bay Area do.
