I was always hesitant to go to the dental office until Dr. Portnoy became my dentist. I had a lot of dental work but he came up with a great treatment plan and he always explains the process thoroughly which lessens my anxiety and puts my mind at ease. He does amazing dental work and truly the best dentist!

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. I have never had such an horrible, unprofessional experience with a front office staff. I set up new patient appointments for both my husband and myself. I received confirmation of our appointment times via their text messaging system at the time of booking. A few days prior to the appointment, I received the same confirmation. All of a sudden the day of the appointment I received a text telling me that my appointment was 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. When I called to question it, the front office staff was beyond rude and condescending. She contradicted herself many times first saying my appointment was always at the new time and then saying it's normal for them to change appointments without notice. She had a serious attitude issue and wasn't willing to help me resolve the problem. When I told her would cancel the new patient appointments altogether since we couldn't make the new appointment times, she could not have cared less and said okay and hung up. While I never had the chance to meet the hygienists or doctors, I will be finding a new dental office based on the front office staff's poor attitude, unprofessionalism and customer service skills

Finally, an amazing dental office that accepts our insurance! (Meridian/County Care) I can't say enough good things about this office - first impression, the front desk is very kind and organized which is always appreciated. Dr. Alex Portnoy did a thorough exam addressing not only my initial concern, but identified potential problems that could be prevented with treatment. They were quick to schedule my procedure, and when I was still experiencing sensitivity afterwards he saw me right away and fixed the problem immediately. I even received a courtesy call the next day to see how I was recovering, a nice gesture. Great bedside manner, gentle hand and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

We have been coming to NextGen dental for a few years now. Larissa (dental assistant) is amazing with my 3 young kids and always calms them down and takes her time with them. Dr. Beyer checks them and makes them laugh and comfortable during his examine. We're in and out within a reasonable timeframe which is amazing while at the dentist. I couldn't recommend them more!

Horrible place! Not sure if these reviews are real.. I don't understand how they have good reviews..the 2 hygienists I had work on me were talking in their language the whole time and laughing and giggling. They had difficulty numbing my mouth and poked me numerous of times. They said they cleaned the decay out and filled it but the other place I went after told me they did the least and just did patch work and didn't do it correctly! I also had to keep asking them what are they doing now because all they did was come up to me with the dental equipment and just assumed I was going to keep opening my mouth with out them letting me know anything. Also when I sat in the chair they didn't introduce them selves or anything. So rude and no compassion whats so ever!

A family friendly place, excellent care and service from the reception to the doctor! I was in search for a new dentist for a few months and I'm happy to say I have found Dr. Beyer. I recently had some restorative work done by Dr. Beyer and everything turned out great. Receiving quality care and having any questions I may have answered are very important to me. I have found my new dental office!

This dentist office is wonderful, they are very mindful about how they mention concerns and I didn't feel any pain for my fillings. Finding a good dentist can be challenging, and I'm confident that I found mine for years to come!

My permanent bridge had loosened and fallen out. I called to see if I could get it inserted back in and I was given an appt. that afternoon. Dr. Beyer had it back in place in hardly any time at all.

Outstanding services and staff. Great environment for a patient. My family has been going to this office for many year (when our two kids were in middle and high school 15 years ago or so) and it was always an outstanding service and care. Dr. Beyer and his staff were always accommodating and did top of the line job!!!
