Dr. Valverde received his DDS degree from the State University of So Paulo, UNESP Araraquara School of Dentistry in Brazil. He completed his Masters degree in Oral Rehabilitation at the same University and became Assistant Professor in Prosthodontics at the University of Fortaleza School of Dentistry, where he spent 8 years teaching and working in his private practice focusing mainly in complex prosthetic reconstructions. Dr. Valverde, to obtain his PhD in clinical Prosthodontics-Material Sciences, attended the State University of Campinas-UNICAMP. For his research training, within Brazil/USA PhD combined program, he developed his theses in the field of ceramics at the Biomaterials and Biomimetic Department-New York University School of Dentistry. After which, he continued at NYU in a Post-Doc position developing research in the field of implant, ceramics and biomaterials. Dr. Valverde has also completed his D.M.D. degree at Tufts School of Dental Medicine and holds an assistant professor position at the residency in advanced restorative and esthetic dentistry program. His clinical expertise includes Prosthodontics, Esthetics, reconstructive and Implant Dentistry.

Very profesional but caring too! When i had a problem i was seen immediately and it was fixed . Thank you! The office is light, clean and airy with a brand new air filtration system, a very comfortable place to be. I recommend this practice highly.

Newton Dental, PLLC offers all you can expect from a top dental practice: well trained professionals, qualified staff, and a clear communication about what really needs to get done. Dr. Finklestein has been providing excellent dental care for me for 10 + years. He always explains every situation clearly making sure that I am comfortable at all times. He is outstanding in his craft and cares about the wellbeing of his patients. I feel completely comfortable in his care. Heather is a wonderful hygienist. She is so good at her craft and is caring. I'm always impressed about the details that Heather notices and reports to Dr. Finklestein. The staff is wonderful! I can highly recommend this practice.

The most caring, thoughtful and thorough... I bring my whole family here and not only is Dr. Finkelstein great, so is the entire staff. They fit my daughter in for a chipped tooth on short notice the same day and I couldn't be happier.... Everyone was professional and efficient, and she got her smile back!

Super nice, the hygienists are all nice too (and that's coming from someone who is terrified of dentists). They've never pushed me to go through with something I didn't want or need. Sad my last two insurances don't cover them.
