Dr. Divya Agarwal is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Board certification is recognized throughout the world as representing the highest level of commitment to orthodontic patient care. All orthodontists must be licensed to practice, but only one in three orthodontists is board certified.
Dr. Divya Agarwal is a highly regarded orthodontist with a long line of smiling patients that stretches from coast to coast. She finished dental school with high honors from an Ivy League institution, Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York. Dr. Agarwal completed her postdoctoral program in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Agarwal, or Dr. D, offers patients a variety of treatment options to ensure the best possible outcomes, and is an experienced Incognito lingual braces provider and an Invisalign provider, as well as being highly experienced in prescribing conventional braces. Dr. Agarwals caring touch is evident in her practice, where she treats her patients of all ages with the utmost of care.
After graduation, she practiced in Boston, after which she relocated to Orange County to marry her sweetheart. Dr. Agarwal is an active member of the American Board of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists, and Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. The doctor is especially aware of the concerns of first-time patients, and takes time to educate both children and adults on the benefits of orthodontic care in a relaxed and private setting.

Dr. Peter Skuben was born in Czechoslovakia during a time when the Iron Curtain ran across Europe and separated the communist Eastern Bloc from freedom in the West. Dr. Skubens family escaped communist Czechoslovakia when he was ten and eventually resettled in California.
After finishing high school, Dr. Skuben majored in electrical engineering. While working for Raytheon on the Joint Strike Fighter F35 jet, he developed many high-tech skills that would later become invaluable for deploying the latest dental technology. After a few years, Dr. Skuben quit Raytheon to pursue a new career in dentistry.
We live in an exciting time for dentistry, in which a lot of new technologies are slowly crossing over from other industries. It is for this reason that I regularly attend both dental and dental lab conventions several times a year to anticipate what is coming around the corner.
Elizabeth is our Director of Customer Relations and Billing Coordinator. She serves as a liaison between patients, clinical and support team, and the billing department. Her passion comes from a family full of dental techs. She explains that she remembers family dinner conversations were never like any others, and how hers consisted of oral surgery, orthodontic, and general dentistry treatment stories. When she was finally old enough, she was excited for her first summer job in a dental office, and has enjoyed the dental industry since. She has a bachelors degree in business and, upon graduation, she was recognized bythe International Honor Society in Business. We are honored to have Elizabeths talent, knowledge, and sincere passion as an essential component of our teams approach to excellent customer relations.
Sarah is our Front Office Manager. Her objective is to provide the dental office with extra support as needed. With a bachelors degree in computer science, she plays a key part in tech support, marketing/advertising, and managing patient accounts. She works closely with Elizabeth to answer any patient questions about billing, financial payment options, and scheduling.
Victor has been Dr. Agarwals Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant for nearly a decade. As the doctors right-hand man, Victor is very detail-oriented, time-efficient, and an essential part of our team. He is also fluent in Spanish to help translate for those in need.
Hope is our wonderful Registered Dental Hygienist from Texas! As a professional, her objective is to serve people and to promote the health and wellness of her patients through dental hygiene. Hopes core belief as a hygienist is:If the patients do not understand what is causing the problem, then how can they determine how to stop it? The average person has not been educated to understand their own mouth; only told what to buy, dont eat sugar, and that they need to floss. Patients find themselves confused about what products to use and feel guilty after being scolded in the dental chair. The problem hasnt gotten any better, so lets change it and actually let our patients know what is really going on in their mouth. She takes great pride in her gentle patient care and creating a relationship with each of her patients. Her beautiful smile and empathetic nature make it easy for patients to feel comfortable and at easebuilding confidence, trust, and friendship. She can be flexible with her patients by being available for earlier and later hours to help them with the busy-ness of life.

I went in for a second opinion for my orthodontics and a general cleaning. The Dental Hygienist Hope was a lot more gentler and thorough with the cleaning than my two previous experiences elsewhere. Hope was very insightful and informative and answered all of my questions during the process as well. Felt like I was taken care of very well! The Orthodontist Dr. Divya Agarwal was also exceptional and pointed out certain things to me about my smile and where I am at in terms of teeth movement. She took her time investigating my smile/bite and made sure that she saw all the necessary x-rays and information needed to make a proper recommendation. Very Clean and pleasant environment to be in as well.

Last month I went into Newport-Mesa Orthodontics a check-up as a new patient. The office looks very organized and is setup with modern technology and equipment. I was super impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Sarah made the check-in process super simple. My dental hygienist, Hope, performed my teeth cleaning and I could tell she did a great job! I'm super happy with the service and I highly recommend this dental office.

My kids Shaheen and Sonia got their braces done here and their teeth have come out absolutely great! Everyone here is so kind and accommodating, I've never had any issue with them. If my kids ever have a mishap with their braces (or anything) they will take them in right away and make sure it's solved. My kids are very satisfied with their braces journey with them and the outcome! Will continue going to them !

I went in for a 90 dollar cleaning, got a bill for over 400 dollars for services I REPEATEDLY told them I DID NOT NEED! I do not trust these people running this business and would NEVER go back!

Everyone at the office is warm and welcoming, making the entire experience a breeze. I usually have anxiety with dentist offices as I have had very bad experiences in the past, but I am always well taken care of here. There is never a doubt that everyone always has MY best interest in mind, so I can trust what they say and do. It also helps that all the equipment and technology is advanced, I'd never seen half the things in that office before coming the first time! Dr. Skuben is the best in every way, and Hope and Sarah are as well! I have nothing but good things to say.

Doctor Divya and Dr. Peter Skuben are the best. Spent 2 years going there for my braces and it was always a pleasure and good experience. the clinique is very clean, latest equipment and very professional people at there location. will recommend this place to everyone. Note : I had an under bite problem, and had other orthos telling me the only way to fix is going through a surgery, but Doctor Diviya fixed with regular braces and rubber band and lot of dedication... Thank you

Had my first appointment here today and was very satisfied. My hygienist Hope was extremely friendly and professional, and made sure I was well taken care of the whole visit. It was refreshing to visit an dental office with such friendly staff, as well as an overall positive atmosphere. Doctor was great, my hygienist HOPE was great. Definitely will be returning for my next cleaning.
