Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

I mainly come here for ortho and I'm always in and out when it comes to scheduling my appointments it's easy they work with your schedule. I never really had any issues here the ladies that work here are always in a good mood. The waiting room is calm and clean all the time I recommend this place for sure they do their job and don't create problems or make it hard for the patients

New patient, first time visit for a crown that had popped off... Was seen right away, Evaluated and treated... The dentist was thorough, took her time and didn't finish till she was satisfied with the mold for the new crown. So glad I found this place. Highly recommend.

Appt was at 9am and we were there before the office opened. But the wait time for the dentist took forever. Everybody else that came after me already left but I'm still waiting. My wife got so tired of waiting and we have other appt to go but had to cancel it. The dentist that did the filling is good but the waiting time is ridiculous. I almost thought they forgot about me.

I recommend Newport Dental in Riverside 110%.I was referred by a family friend for my daughters wisdom teeth extractions. Everyone had a smile, greeted us when we walked in , asked us if we were comfortable and treated us with the utmost respect. My daughters procedure went very well and Shane and Dr. Zarrabi kept me informed of what to expect and let me know how things were going throughout the process. I highly recommend this office for dental appointments and procedures. The office was very clean and neat as well. Thank you Dr. Zarrabi and Shane and all of the employees with Newport Dental you exceeded my familes expectations.

Usually nice well mannered here, but had a attitude with my elderly Mother who lost a partial tooth on Wednesday, so I called, they made me Saturday appointment I was greatful, I said I didn't know you were open Saturday Thank you. When we got there on Saturday waited a while in front, then in the back after xrays, girls were yelling couldn't this waited for a week day, this is no emergency! I was like surely not talking about us? Then another lady said this could of waited for Monday! My Mom was nervous as it was, she ask did we do something wrong? Im like no Mom were fine. Another girl said Sorry im leaving this is not an emergency. Pointed to my Mom. I said to us it is. Get better staff who cares for their patients. Rude. My Mom was so scared. They didn't even pull out partial tooth, after they said that. Very sad these young girls don't have no people skills, my mother is elder and embarrassed of losing her teeth., they had no compassion. Dentist himself seem rushie too.

Dr. Schneider is the best dentist you will ever have working in your mouth. I was extremely phobic about drills and needles etc., and I can HONESTLY say I have overcome my fear due to a very patient, kind, quick working dentist. They don't make them any better. Thanku

This place is a joke. I am a "new patient," I walk in 15 mins before my 2pm appointment. The lady at the front desk takes my ID, Insurance and gives me a 5 page new patient form to fill out. So i sit in their waiting room for a good 5-7 mins filling out my forms. Then I return to the front desk. The lady takes my form, hands me my ID and insurance, then goes "you need to put a mask on" I go okay, "do you have a mask because I don't". She them proceeds to tell me she does not & that I could go to the 99 cent store for one... I tell her it's 2:10 & my appointment is at 2pm. She said "we can't help you unless you have a mask, we will wait" I said, you know for one it's not a law. She rebuts with "all medical facilities are required to wear masks." ALL MEDICAL FACILITIES, can provide masks! Why not this place?? I don't have time to run to the 99 cent store just so I can remove my 99 cent mask so they can look inside my mouth... after I sat in the waiting room without one. Why not tell me I needed one when I first came in, before helping me??? So I went home, got my mask & came back. Now my experience with the dentist is also a joke! I went in for 2 old fillings I had done when I was 8-9 years old. That were bothering me. One was cracked & the other I believe was a cavity. I told the Dentist my concerns & he looks inside my mouth & goes "well I don't really see any cavities" "I don't really want to fix your cracked cavity because "I just don't know" "because I just don't know" he said that statement about 7 times talking to me, me asking him questions.... After the second "we'll I just don't know" I knew I would never be coming back here. Then the lady had the paper work done where he told her what he wanted to do, & she brings it to me & he has about 6 teeth he wants to fix!! He NEVER said anything about 6 teeth. He said "maybe 1 cavity I see" So I say, look I'm going to get a second opinion else where you can skip my cleaning also. She goes oh no it's fine it's complementary, I go okay. She comes back & goes it'll be 20 mins until another hygienist is available do you wanna wait? I said no thanks, I'll go. This place is out of their mind! Do not go here, find another dentist who DOES KNOW!

Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable. They take medical insurance and they're available on Saturdays. I take my nephew to the orthodontist which they have flexible schedule, one Saturday a month. I definitely recommend Newport Dental.
