Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. My experience was a great one from the receptionist, the office manager, the general dentist and the last but not least the endodontist. The Endodontist was great, little to no pain on a root canal retreatment.

OK let me try to make this short and sweet. The girl at the front not so friendly denied me a masked but handed someone else one 3min later. Technicians were super friendly had more information than the doctor himself he literally spoke to me for 3 seconds and left. The technician seemed way more helpful helpful then my doctor. Definitely will be getting a new doctor

I've finally found my forever dentist home! From the incredibly kind and personable, Dr. He, to the support staff out front (I think it was Yolanda who helped me schedule my cleaning as soon as I possibly could since I was long overdue) and to the dental assistant Jackie who took x-rays and was with me from start to finish, this was just the best, most carefree dental experience (doesn't hurt either that I finally had no cavities for once as I'm sure this factors into some of these negative reviews on here). Arada did a fabulous job on my cleaning. It was all just a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this Newport Dental offfice. It's definitely not the same office it was a few years ago, and I couldn't be happier with the services and treatment I received here. Thanks Dr. He, Yolanda, Jackie and Arada and the entire staff here! You all are the best!

I like the dentist and team here. He's efficient and skilled. Gets the job done, I don't doubt his judgment or ability ever. Only issue we find is it's a busy practice so if you don t book those cleans ahead of time you can be waiting on a cancellation to get in if you have to change your appointment slot, so it's an extremely busy place on that dental hygiene side.

Satisfactory service. In regards to wearing a mask, if the office requires it, patients should be given a mask if they don't bring one. I noticed patients who didn't bring one had to purchase one. All medical facilities should offer masks free of charge. Whatever happened to "we're in this together"?

(Updated )I been with the dentist office since I was young Maria and romon gave me excellent service since I was young.. I dislike when they gave me unexpected balance of 130 for my sons juice that made him like sleepy or what not ... as of today I had another bad experience now my son had one baby cavity The dentist suggested he should be a baby root canal after saying he would do a filling ..... then turns and says he suggest a baby root canal and to place silver caps over his back teeth my son is only 3 and when I asked to see if he can just fill it .... He said no he won't do it so I said no I don't want the treatment ... there all for the money and it's sad they pushing away good customers 14 years going to them and bringing my son in I will never return .. and I forgot to mention. The dentist said if he didn't complied he would have to give him the juice again .....I'm over this place don't go here it's all for the money

Staff is rude. Hygienist seemed put out when I asked her to explain in fuller detail about cleaning. Not good customer relations. The receptionist was put out that I was reading on my phone and didn't immediately look at him the second he entered the room. Weird experience. They did get to my appointment on time.

Arrived 30 min. early and completed info questionnaire. Reception staff were pleasant. Total wait was approximately 45 min. X-rays were swift and uneventful. Ten min. later DDS gave me a clear assessment of X-Ray chart and I was out the door in less than 1 hr. Considering all involved it was an excellent 1st-time experience.

The dental care itself was OK. My low review score is related to persistent calls from the billing office about unexpected charges, and inaccurate information regarding the cost of procedures prior to the service being performed. My recommendation is to call your dental insurance to check your benefits for yourself prior to having services done at this location.

I started going to Newport Dental this month and I have to say that this is the best dental clinic that I've ever been to in my life. I want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Kenny He. He's very level-headed, articulate and intelligent. He explained what was needed to be done and why it had to be done in a very sensible manner. During the dental procedure itself, he was very calm, self-assured, sensitive and gentle. I know I am in good hands with him and I've very glad I was able to find this amazing healthcare professional. I will be recommending Newport Dental to all my friends and family in the area.
