Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

I was very disappointed with my visit with the dentist. I only went for a teeth cleaning, after they took x-rays it was determined that I need a good cleaning before they start I was shown a bill for $900+ dollars, I was not happy and I will not be going back. JB

The worst service came in for root canal been in pain for two weeks first priscription did not go threw called office they told me they send it so back and forth with pharmacy and denttist still week later no pain medication . second visit after sitting here from 10:08 am untill 10:45 my appointment was at 10:30 we are sorry your carecredit did not go threw do it again so they did not see me walk out with severe pain !!!

This was the worse experience I've ever had. Went in for a lose tooth, and all he wanted to do was pull it. The dentist doctor was rude and didn't even go over any options. He just stated that I need to get another option go somewhere else. No manners at all .

I really like their service. They are nice and helpful, except when it comes to financial anything. My son was recommended a treatment not covered by his insurance which I understand, so I got the fee and was not offered any financial arrangement of any kind. Once my som was in the chair the nurse, not the financial coordinator but the nurse told me about financial arrangements. Why????? This is the second issue I have here. I asked to speak to the manager and was actually the one helping me with the financial arrangement I asked her why was I not offered any financial arrangements two weeks ago. She said maybe they didn't have the diagnosis then and I told her they did cause I was told about it and was quoted on it but nothing was offered. She then said "oh I dont know" that's not a statement you'd like to hear from the manager. I felt unwelcomed by the manager this time, big difference from the fist time I spoke to her...

I have been going to Newport Dental for the last 3 years. Me and my fiance just recently moved about 3.5 hours away, and we still exclusively go to this office. They are professional and kind. They have incredible finanacing options and work with you to find the best way to approach your treatment. Even the most painful work I have had to have done, didn't feel as bad as treatments at other dentist offices. They ensure your comfort the entire way through. I have never working with better people and I look forward to working with them as long as they are driving distance away (yes, that includes 3.5 hours) :) Congratulations on being a diamond in the rough for an industry that has underwhelmed me for the years before I found you all!

Worst dental experience ever! I had called specifically for what I needed they asked me to come in same day, so I did. I spent 2 hours waiting (with no one in the waiting area) after filling up all my paperwork just to sit in a chair, take the X-rays and quick 1 min check up for them to tell me the person that does the procedure I ask for doesn't come in for another 5 days. What a scam, making you pay $80 for X-ray and examination and in the end the dental tech needed wasn't in? Not professional at all. Now I have to look for another place hoping I don't get scammed again.

Love coming here, the ladies are always so friendly and welcoming. I went in yesterday for my regular polish cleaning and met a new individual I hadn't seen before and I've been going there for years. Jeanette (I hope I spelled it correctly). She was wonderful, thorough through each and every step and gentle. All the ladies here are great, such an Awesome team overall!

I recently switched to Delta because I was unhappy with my previous dental provider and was given the option to go to Newport Dental. Since day one, their staff is amazing! They are all super friendly and polite, even with all this covid restrictions and craziness going on. You walk in, rinse your mouth, and get seated in a room. The dentist and everyone else are patient and explain everything to you. My last cleaning was with Jeanette, she explained what she was doing before she did it, explained the medication she was using, and every few minutes would check on me and give me a break. I love this place!!

Highly recommend this place. Very clean and very professional. The staff is very nice and very helpful answered all my questions. Went for a root canal didn't feel no pain during surgery. I left with no pain after it was done. Thanks again Newport dental.
