Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.

Dr. Mark Duffy returned to Ohio to begin his dental career with Bright Now Dental. This is a big deal as Ohio is ranked 12th in the nation for having a shortage of dentists and specialty dentists. Dayton and Bright Now Dental are fortunate to have Dr. Duffy as he is a dentist who is dedicated to providing affordable quality dental care in an underserved area.

The dentist, receptionists and dental assistants were extremely professional & friendly! I have been going here for years and they always let you know what your insurance will cover and what it won't cover before they begin your dental work. I am happy with the service.

I am VERY pleased with the professional and proactive high level of care I received my first visit. Dr. Castellanos and staff were friendly and knowledgeable, giving clear instructions on hygiene. Plus, the wait time was minimal. Would recommend this office.

I took my 7 year old daughter to see Dr Castellanos to take a loose tooth out that was making her miserable he was absolutely amazing and I left with a happy child that can now eat Thank you Marie and staff

Staff was very kind and welcoming. My appointment was at 2:30 in the afternoon for a basic cleaning. I was taken in the back quickly and given x-rays and then was seen by the dentist and he went over what he was going to do and left. Staff was repeatedly apologetic on the wait which was very kind of them. I had another appointment for work at 4:30 and it was now 4:10 and I asked a staff member if I would be out of here in the next 10 mins. He said no. I left and had to reschedule my annual cleaning. Again, staff was kind but this company needs some time management or staff assisting for more support. A basic cleaning should not take 2 hours. I was not a walk-in patient. I had an appointment. All and all it sucks to have to reschedule an appointment I was present at and for what I thought I made more than enough time for.

Front desk lady from 2/25/22 with the dark hair is extremely bad mannered. She was rude to my mom AND yelled at her after she didn't disclose what kind of payment they do or do not accept; and demanded the other party on the joint account she has a card for come to approve the payment. This is unnecessary and uncalled for. After my mom told her not to yell at her the woman had the audacity to say "this is how I speak" ? Prices were also expensive compared to other places for the same treatment. Not returning.

Absolutely terrible. The childish attitudes from the women at the front desk is not acceptable. They are rude, disrespectful, condescending, just as much as they are unprofessional. Save your time and AVOID coming here.

This particular establishment on Autocenter Drive was so unprofessional.The Dentist there chose his own preference out of convenience for himself and had no interest in working with us on any type of solution for my sister's pain without charging us more than what the original procedure was. The staff in front were also just so condescending to someone who had never been there before. (Not like that should matter). Just an awful place.

There's not even enough time or space on this page to describe how horrible of an experience I had with this dentistry, upon arrival since I live in a county that doesn't require a mask I had forgotten and head out and dropped off typical oral surgery the lady Maria I believe her name is yelled at me at the front door saying I couldn't be in there and I needed to cancel my appointment and so on and so forth luckily a gentleman kind of sitting in the office went to his car and provided me a mask, shortly after as I was waiting a gentleman came in he didn't have a mask and she very easily and kindly handing him one from underneath her desk which I found Offensive and called her out on it which she did not like. I wish it was the end of my story but now that it's Monday going on a Tuesday I have had several fever blisters break out on my lips due To them being super busy with oral surgeries that day in my opinion either not changing their gloves are washing their hands or equipment I urge you with the upmost respect to not go to the dentist do not risk your health.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9:30 AM AND I WAS NOT CALLED UNTIL 10:40 AM. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THEY WILL CALL ME SOON BUT DID NOT HAPPEN. IF THIS IS DUE TO OVER BOOKING THEN CHANGES HAVE TO BE MADE. OTHERWIS AS FOR THE DENTIST I WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS PROFESSIONLISM.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I have been waiting over 6 months to get my a deep cleaning after my first consultation. Every time I call to receive an update I do not receive a clear answer and get a runaround of answers in regards to why they don't have an appointment for me. Receptionist Marie has a nasty attitude and makes it seem like a burden to help patients. She has told me multiple times she will give me a call back and never gets back to me...I have switched Dentist, but just don't want others to make the same mistake going to this place!
