I would highly recommend. Easy to make appts. Never a wait once you get there. Office personnel greet you by your name. Hygienist are the best. Dr Koppel is caring, gentle and very good at his job. Give them a try and tell them Susan sent you.

What a great experience! Dr. Nguyen, Yuri and Cassie were more than accommodating and kind for my first visit to this office. I experience a great deal of anxiety when going to the dentist and Dr. Nguyen and his dental team quickly alleviated my stress with compassion answering all my questions. The dental office is top notch! It's super clean and offers all the current technology to make your visit highly efficient.

If you have ANY anxiety DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. This doctor will leave you with teeth rotting out of you mouth until you solve your dental fears/anxieties on your own. He will ACT as though they will offer sedation but when it comes down to it they will make you jump though hoops and never actually get anything done. My 19yr old son was in need of multiple root canals & filings, the treatment plan was written up in April/May ... after multiple attempts we determined that he would need to be sedated. Appointment, with sedation, was set in August (mind you this was 4mths later). The morning of the appointment I was told they couldn't do the sedation without a full physical & medical clearance. I explained to them that we are Kaiser patients and the next available Physical Appt was not for another 2mths. At this point my son was continuously swollen & in intense pain ... but his legitimate dental anxiety was still present. This doctor refused to do anything for my son, his patient. I finally took my son to a new dentist ... he was sedated and all work was completed within two weeks at the new office. It was a surprisingly easy process. Not to mention , the patient cost portion of the treatment plan was $600 less that what this office had quoted. I obtained care from this office for a few years and the care i received was good. That is why I was trying so hard to remain with this doctor. The solution was simple ... the doctor could have just admitted his short comings .... he could have simply said, "I do not treat patients with high anxiety issues. Before your sons' teeth get any worse I recommend that you seek help from another office" .... boom, problem would have been solved & I would not be writing this review. OPINION: The only reason I can think of, for him not recommending a different office ..... well, he wanted to get paid. He stood to loose THOUSANDS of $$ if we went somewhere else. He wanted the payday, to be the one to make the money.

At first I had a hard time dealing with this dental group because of the covid 19 problem. Once I was able to get ahold Dr. Mau Nguyen he was so helpful.

Like finding GOLD in your backyard! After going to several other Dentist's in the Menifee Area with absolutely horrible results, I went to Dr.Nguyen and all I can say is I have found my Dentist for life!! I was in very bad shape with my teeth from a fear of going to the dentist and just the financial issue of having no insurance so I let my teeth go for a long time until it started affecting my General health. Dr.Nguyen took a look at my condition and he made me a priority to get me in to start procedures to get my infection under control quickly, the entire staff and Dr.Nguyen are the most professional I have ever come across. These people truly care about you! They know how to deal with fear of Dentist patient's, on my first visit I had the nicest Dental Technician who stayed with me and talked to me about my fears and assured me that I was in the best of hand's. I had a lot of major work to be done and it has taken nearly a year to get me back to dental health, each and every visit everyone in the staff has outdone themselves to show care and to help me get through each visit. I was in very bad shape, and I feel that Dr.Nguyen and his staff basically gave me a new lease on life! I was very sick from my teeth and now I am 100% healthy again! I highly recommend Dr.Nguyen.
