Manager and I talk with phone . received a reply from newport beach to the nearest hospital over the phone, so I made a reservation without getting confused. As soon as it was over, an hour later, another dental appointment was held in the building right next to the newport. That's why I remember it more accurately. I made a reservation for 930 because I had a reservation at the building right next to 1030am. The confirmation text came. I was too busy to read and clicked OK. However The door was locked there on the day of the reservation . So I called and manager said that I had made an appointment with another local hospital. So obviously I made a reservation in newport over the phone with you. I definitely remember because I have other appointments in the building next door. She said this. Did you not receive a text message from me? The text clearly said that it was in Irvine office, so when I turned it back and checked it, it was in Irvine message. The manager keeps saying that she doesn't say anything about during out talk with phone . If this happens, will it be my fault? Right ? I came out with 3 kids in the morning, and it's ridiculous. It was to no avail that we talked on the phone. But this situation it is my fault . Because written message location is irvine . But very disappointed.

I was really impressed with you all when I came in with my sister and nieces. Very clean facility, friendly staff and lots to entertain the young ones with. You do a really great job and just wanted you to know. :)
