Education has always been important to Dr. Foroutan. He earned his bachelor of science degree at the University of California, Irvine, where he majored in biology. From there, he went to dental school at the University of Southern California. While there, his efforts were recognized through an award in restorative dentistry.

He attended the University of California, Irvine (UCI) for his undergraduate studies, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the prestigious USC School of Dentistry in 1998. He takes pride in his work and treats patients in a caring and sincere manner, just like his own family.
Dr. Saeid Malboubi is a Periodontist, Implant and Oral Plastic Surgeon, graduated from Boston University. He holds a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS), Master of Science (MS) in Oral Biology and Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies (SAGS) in Periodontics and Implant Surgery. He also has been involved in teaching Periodontics and Oral Biology as a volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Department of Periodontics. He also is a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology (ABP).
Dr. Malboubi has been practicing dentistry since 1996, he has always been dedicated to performing the highest quality standard of care dentistry during his over 20 years of practicing. He gets the benefits of both conventional and the state of the art Piezo Electric Surgery and Laser technology to enhance the outcome of his surgeries. He is a nationwide and worldwide speaker.
Dr. Malboubi lives in Moraga with his family and is a dedicated member of the Moraga Education Fund (MEF), believing children are the future leaders. He enjoys most sports and holds some international ranking in table tennis.

Dr. Frank and the rest of the staff are very professional. I had the best experience here. They genuinely care about their patients and won't let you leave unsatisfied with your teeth. I've been coming to this dental office since last year and never had any complaints. If you're looking for a new dentist and you're reading this, this might be your sign to request an appointment with them. You won't regret it.

Dr. Frank and Dr. Ryan are great dentists. Plus they have an incredible staff - Nancy, Erica, and the other two ladies are always friendly and very helpful. Plus, the technology they use to assess and examine your teeth & mouth is incredible. I highly recommend this office.
