It was a good place for when I was younger and my parents had to take me. However, now that I am older, it has become super challenging and they try to take advantage at times. The male Dr is very unprofessional and not confident it his skill set. The front desk lady Shirely can be very pushy and misspeaks about a lot that of things to the point it causes so much "miscommunication". However, Dr. Nancy Quach is amazing, so if you do go here at least push for her or go to Dublin location where she also does work. The only reason this place is still good is because of her and her work ethic.

I've been coming to Newpark Mall Family Dental for 30 years since I was a little kid. I keep coming back because of the people, their work, and the cleanliness of the office. Highly recommend!

Thank you Dr. Quach for providing a solution that works for me right now. I know its not permanent, but I appreciate you and the front office to make this happen. Shirley was able to jump through hoops to get my emergency appointment. My family and I are very fortunate to have a reliable dentist in the area, see you in a few months!

Dr. Quach explained the process and everything really well, so I knew what was going on, which helped with my anxiety. I'm glad I researched dentists nearby and the positive reviews I read were all true to my experience as well. The whole staff made the process really easy for me, and my procedure went smoothly with little to no anxiety at all. I absolutely recommend these guys. I feel confident that they'll do the best work on my teeth, and they make sure I feel safe and not anxious which is awesome. I really appreciate the work they do. Thank you!

The front desk lady is super rude. When I called about the appointment as well she was rude and later when I called about a billing concern, she was super rude. No basic respect towards clients at all. I wonder how she is surviving as a front desk representative.

Have no patience to patients. They will refuse to give tooth cleaning service if not accepting their suggested treatment twice. These guys are desperate for money.

Came to this dental office on a Wednesday (Appointment was made a day prior) due to having a huge chunk of my tooth fall off. I was sure a lot of work needed to be done and that the tooth was a goner. The office was easy to locate. Some of the reasons why i think this office deserves a 5-star review: 1. They are serious when it comes to fighting Covid- they will ask you to sanitize your hands before filling out paperwork and there is another sanitization sink for you to use before you are seen by the dentist. 2. Professional and knowledgable staff- I enjoyed being cared for by Stephanie and Nancy. Nancy took her time to explain to me what my x-ray means and what works need to be done to save my tooth. She also pointed out the teeth that might need work in the future and gave me advice on how to prevent further damage on those teeth. 3. Minimal pain- I honestly felt little to no pain throughout my procedure even during the injection part I left this dental office feeling painless and assured that my broken tooth has been saved.

The staff from this office are truly amazing! I have been a patient here for over 3 years and not once have I encountered a bad experience nor felt like I was being over treated on my dental work. My primary dentist, Dr Quach, she has the gentlest hands and is very personable. I would never imagine going to another office as long as she is here. Shirley at the front desk always has a welcoming smile when I arrive. She is great with scheduling while catering to my needs and knowledgeable when it comes to coverage.

I'm glad I had a second opinion. I wish more dental practices would be more thorough as Newpark Dental. I am very pleased with the second opinion from Newpark Dental.

I have always been scared of extractions but Dr. Li is amazing. He makes u feel comfortable and does an amazing job. No pain after 2 tooth extractions. Highly recommend.

Been coming here for at least 25 years. Always receive warm, professional service from EVERYONE!! Plus the office/ bathroom is very clean and comfortable and everyone is always on time!!

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable and confident in the personalized care I receive. On my visits they always ask about my activities and school functions that we talked about 6 months prior at my last cleaning! They truly listen and care about their patients.
