We are teaming up with Cushing Football to host our annual Pipeline Crossroads Bowl Flag Football Tournament. It will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021. We look forward to another year supporting the community and having some football fun!

Charlie Adams Day is an event held annually in September in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Every year, Newkirk Dental participates in the celebration of Newkirks heritage at this fun filled festival for all ages. We spend the day educating on dental care as well as handing out toothbrushes and toothpaste to those attending the festival.

Special Smiles provides comprehensive oral health care information, including offering free dental screenings and instructions on correct brushing and flossing techniques, fluoride treatments, and custom mouth guards to athletes participating in Special Olympics. At Newkirk Dental, we help to serve the special needs community by participating in this program.

Dr. Burkett wants Drumright Dental Center to always be a pillar of its community and the state. He is extremely proud of Drumright Dental Centers culture of giving. He truly believes that Drumright Dental Centers common purpose is creating smiles both in and outside of the practice.

In 2014, Dr. Burkett won the prestigious Beacon Award from The Journal Record for charitable influence throughout the state of Oklahoma. In 2018, he received the Mike Synar Award from Special Olympics Oklahoma. He was featured as the cover story for Catalyst for Leaving a Legacy of Giving Back, in the winter of 2018, along with numerous other dental publications on the power of giving back and building successful practices in small communities. He also has a published article in the American Dental Association Journal on Social Media.

Dr. Burkett is an active member of the Arkansas Alumni Association and serves on the Provosts Executive Advisory Board. In the past, Dr. Burkett has also served on the board for the Drumright Public School Foundation and for EPIC Charter Schools.

Dr Burkett is married to Katie and is the proud father to Braden Noah. Dr. Burkett is a huge Arkansas Razorback fan and is an avid movie watcher. In his free time, he is always planning a trip or his next meal. He loves going to Las Vegas and taking Braden to Disneyland. Dr. Burkett and Braden have a goal of visiting every Disney resort in the world.

Dr. Burkett enjoys restoring and preserving beautiful smiles in his hometown. He is pleased to be providing the patients of Drumright and the surrounding areas with the highest standard of care offered in modern dentistry.

Dr. Dan McNair grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was homeschooled by his mother along with his two younger brothers. He met and married his wife Amy in Arkansas, and she brought him back to Oklahoma City to be near her family. Once they were here, Dr. McNair fell completely in love with Oklahoma, and now that hes lived more of his life in Oklahoma than Arkansas, he considers himself pretty much an honoraryOklahoman.

Dr. McNair started his dental career at the OU College of Dentistry, graduating in 2008. His career has seen him in several dental offices around the Oklahoma City area, with five years spent as owner of McNair Family Dentistry in Edmond.

ThroughoutDr. McNairs career he has participated in many volunteer opportunities. Starting as early as dental school he was involved in The Good Shepherd Mission and now counts the Dental Director of The Mission as a personal friend. He has also provided free dental care at every Oklahoma Mission of Mercy since it was started!

Dr. McNair and Amy have three children. Their youngest, Lucas, is just two years old, absolutely loves ball games of every kind, and wants to be a basketball player when he grows up. Elise is nine and loves playing the violin and writing stories and Drew is twelve years old, enjoys origami, and computer games. Dr. McNairs favorite activities are playing computer games, walking outside, and playing board games with family and friends.
