Dr. Theodore J. Adamidis graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1987. He also received both the Outstanding General Dentist award and the Periodontics award. Dr. Adamidis has been an award-winning doctor for eleven straight years. He has been selected as one of Hartford Magazines Top Dentists 2007 2018.

My experience with Newington Family Dentistry was wonderful. From the front office to the dental assistant and especially Dr. Ela. Dr. Ela was thorough, professional, explained everything and was basically a very nice person. I walked out of there feeling well taken care of. My dentist cares a lot about his craft. Also, my hygienist is thorough. The office staff are on point, too. The technology is up to date and the office is extremely clean.

I have been going to this Dentistry for the past 7yrs roughly. To be honest I was not in "LOVE" with the office my first few years but it was convenient. However the past few years and staff changes I have grown to really like the practice and the people working there, and now that it is not convenient I still will drive the 30 minutes to keep them as my dentist. Everyone has been very knowledgeable helpful in the practices always been very very clean.

My first experience at Newington Family Dentistry was amazing. Laurie was extremely patient and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Adamidis was nice patient and extremely professional. Love this Dental facility. I trust the work and care of both Dr Adamidis and Dr Ella. I moved to another town , but I still make the trip to their office in Newington. Larisa, the dental hygienist is wonderful, as well.

I took my daughter to Newington family dentistry this week for a cleaning. We were new to this practice so I wasn't sure what to expect. My first impressions as we walk in was great. Staff was welcoming,friendly and attentive. We immediately felt comfortable. Megan was great about scheduling her a time that worked with our time limitations. Victoria was very through in cleaning her teeth and Dr. Adamidis was very informative about my daughter's dental needs. The office was clean and very comfortable. We will be coming back for all our dental needs.

Brought my grandmother here for a routine cleaning. She was told she had an infection and was quoted for $3000 + for a crown and root canal. After seeing her concern, they quoted her for a extraction which would be more affordable for her. Given the cost, I brought her for a second opinion at another local dental office to see if treatment would be in a better price range for her. At this point, I was ready to return to Newington Family Dentistry if we couldn't find a better option. I was NOT expecting the second opinion to state that there was NO infection to be treated and that a root canal/crown or extraction was not anywhere near being necessary or safe. Their recommendation was maybe an extra cleaning per year due to her age....... Not really sure what happened with our experience here, but left a bad taste, be careful bringing your elderly family here perhaps...

My mom has been a patient there for over two years now and they are great. Dr. Dibner it's really nice she knows a little spanish so it's really helpful when it comes to comunication with my mom. On her last visit we explained some issues we were having and they were able to help us out. Bibi the hygienist its one of the best. I would recomend this office to everyone.
