If I could give this dentist a one star review I would. They not once explained treatment nor financial plan with us. Expecting us just to agree. According to them their financial planner wasnt working and would call us back, which no one ever did. I called and ask if they could give us an estimate or lay out a plan and they said no. They would let us know the day of service, what if the patient doesnt have the financial means to pay? Every other dentist I have been to has always laid out a plan of treatment as well as plan of financial payment prior to any treatment. Let me add that the receptionist are really rude and not understanding, when we called try an cancel the appointment because we hadnt recieved a call from them regarding treatment or financial plan she started yellling. She stated that the apppintment had to be canceled 48 hrs in advance and would be charging us 100 dollars. When they as a facility did nothing to contacts us regarding our questions and concerns.

New height dental? What can I say about them? Well they really messed up and I'm never going to shoot back up at the door again. They also messed up on mom's partials. I think my mom over there they can that they could help my mom out. They made it worse and also they supposed to had credit for me and they never even put credit in any mind treatments. I had to go to Aspen dental to get my partials made they were. They turned out really nice. They're better than anything new high dental would make and the dentist that worked on my crown last time he did not even put a cap on it and it still has decay in it was not even done right. I have got to get my small back and I am not. I am so mad and my mom's My mom's partials day they did not fix her mom's partials correct? They used to be good in my first. Went to them but they are went down ever since. Thanks for nothing

I was going to Dr. Newhart for a year, he was always nice, until my last visit I asked him a question, and out of nowhere he yelled at me in front of other clients, told me he didn't have time, he had to get to other clients and I was frustrating him! He had this crazy look on his face. It was out of nowhere and weird. Everyone was looking and it was embarrassing. His wife took me to the back and tried to apologize, but at the same time blamed me for not understanding what he was explaining. I never went back because clearly the dr has a temper and anger issues to actually yell at a client in front of everyone

Dr Newhart and his wife only care about money. I was 7 months pregnant and was there for a procedure I paid 100% out of pocket. I even paid extra because it was during lunch. I thought I was going to be the only patient there but there was another patient. I was really excited for my new smile. During the procedure I was bleeding a lot because they were cutting my gums and the dental assistant wanted to suction but since dr Newhart had another patient and was in a rush he told the dental assistant to not suction and I had to sallow so much blood. I felt bad thinking my baby was drinking all that dirty blood. Instead of walking out happy with a procedure I always wanted, I walked away sad thinking of my poor baby. And since he was such in a rush he left my gums crooked and they look worse than what I had before. I hide my smile more now than before.

I've been going to Newhart Dental for years but I have had enough of the extremely poor customer service. The office manager is the absolute worst. She parades around the office talking loud like she is important but does very little. The dental hygienist does a really good job. He really should find a more reputable place to work so that his reputation is not tarnished by the incompetence in the front office.

Terrible service, the two ladys in the front don't do much . I had to reschedule my tooth extraction twice because the doctor had an emergency AGAIN. They told me they had been trying to reach me, When there was a rotal of 3 phone numbers listed on the profile they only called one. Oh yeah "trying to reach" me.Calling off work , loosing sleep and wasting my time AGAIN. Really annoying. I don't know why they don't have atleast two specialists who do tooth extractions/ wisdom teeth remove . That way people don't have their appointments canceled everytime they schedule it . Never going here again. Over priced locayion with homeless people carpets on the wall and extremely long wait times . And much much else . Don't come here trust me I live down the street from this place . It's no longer convenient

I loved newheart dental, I was my doctor had not passed away. When he use to do my teeth I couldn't feel anything. He was finished tooth was gone no pain. Newheart great

So beautifully decorated.. a nice calm feel. The front desk ladies were nice and got us a room quick. Dr. Newhart was very friendly and made my 4 year old feel safe. He didn't recommend doing x-rays which I liked and recommended flouride mouthwash. He said he didn't want to tramatize her because these are her baby teeth anyways. I am so very pleased of our visit. I was out of there in less than a hour and they scheduled us an appointment in two days to do some cleaning. I have recommended a friend to get her son's braces done here.

I agree with the other customer. Money is their main priority!! SMH only owe three hundred dollars, payed off three thousand and something out MY very own pocket but yet couldn't be seen today because my bank account blocked my card to pay off the rest.. They do that for no good reason. I'm sure it happen to others as well before with their bank...& I miss work for nothing. So irritated. I can't wait for the process to be completely done.

The receptionist Ingrid is very rude. Every time I call for an appointment it doesn't even take her a second to say "we are fully booked and low on staff" I told her it didn't take her 10 seconds and she already said no. If she can check again. She leaves me on "hold" for 4 minutes. I call a couple of minutes later and the other receptionist answers very polite and looks and tells me they can see me at x time. This happens ALL THE TIME.
