Dr. Cooke and her staff are excellent to work with! Dr. Cooke has extracted a tooth for my mother, has examined my teeth, and now this summer, removed both of my children's wisdom teeth. She's an excellent surgeon, that cares to do the very best for her patients, every step of the way!

I'll be that guy and say I have complete anxiety around the dentist, let alone an oral surgeon. We needed to remove a wisdom tooth (my last one) at 48 years old. From start to finish the entire team was awesome. Laughing and joking and listening. It made for a much calmer visit. The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless. No nonsense and done. That's how you do it. The follow up after was amazing as well where Dr. Cooke took the time to walk through all of my aftercare and the expectations. "Women do it better."

Without a doubt in my mind these are the best people to work with. Very courteous and professional. At first I wanted to go to sleep for my oral surgery but I was convinced it's better to stay awake for it. Definitely in my opinion the best way to go about it. And it was done quickly, the numbing chemical they add is my recommendation for anyone that has the option for it. keep it the good work!

I was referred to Dr. Cooke for an emergency extraction. I was in a significant amount of pain and extremely anxious. Dr. Cooke and her staff were so kind and patient with me. They addressed all of my concerns and continuously made my comfort a priority. One day later and I am pain free!

Everyone in the office was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and very professional, they have updated medical equipment, Lisa and Dr Cooke took very good care of me, and the front desk receptionists were very quick to get me in to the chair. Very efficient!

Wow is all I can say. Rude, never said can't drink anything nor did they give the 24 hour notice saying to not DRINK anything. Hung up on, chastised saying you can't wear jewelry can't have that sweater. Made her run downstairs to get pin number for a Antibiotics that is for after surgery wow very extremely rude don't go hear

Dr. Vera Cooke and her team are absolutely fabulous! They are professional and extremely responsive. They are efficient, kind and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Vera and her team for any oral surgery you and your family need.

Dr Cook and her team are amazing. In one day for a referral and next day had 4 Wisdom Teeth removed. The team treated me with the utmost respect. Dr Cook and her team had me in an out in a little over hour. Called about 2hrs after surgery to see how I was doing. I would highly recommended them..Thank you Ladies!!

MY DAUGHTER HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A CONSULTATION YESTERDAY. I WAITED FOR HER IN THE CAR, WITH HER ALMOST 10 MONTH OLD. SHE NEEDS TO HAVE AT LEAST 7 TEETH PULLED. SHE IS IN SO MUCH PAIN! HER MOUTH ,NECK, HEADACHES. WE ALL KNOW A TOOTH ACHE CAN GET PRETTY BAD ANYWAYS, WHEN MY DAUGHTER CAME BACK INTO THE CAR, SHE WAS CRYING AND I ASKED HER, WHAT HAPPENED? SHE EXPLAINED TO ME THE UNPROFESSIONALISM THAT TOOK PLACE IN THAT OFFICE. DR. COOK AT LEAST I THINK THATS HOW YOU SPELL HER NAME. SHE MADE A REMARK ABOUT MY DAUGHTERS HISTORY SINCE SHE SUFFERS OF AN ADDICTION. ALL THOUGH SHE HAS OVER A YEAR SOBRIETY. MY DAUGHTER ASKED TO BE PUT TO SLEEP WHEN THEY DO THE PROCEDURE. THE DR. LAUGHED AND SAID. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THAT'S LIKE POURING GASOLINE ONTO A FIRE!" OH, BEFORE THIS THEY HAD APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE WITHIN A WEEK. MY DAUGHTER STEPS OUT OF THE OFFICE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. THE SECRETARY WENT TO THE BACK AS WELL AS THE REST OF THE STAFF AND WERE THERE TALKING AMONGS THEMSELVES FOR A WHILE. LAUGHING, JOKING, AND THEN FINALLY THE SECRETARY MAKES HER WAY BACK BEHIND THE COUNTER THEN TELLS MY DAUGHTER THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS FOR LIKE 3 MONTHS. MY DAUGHTRR FELT JUDGED, HUMILIATED, AND TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE IN THIS OFFICE. THEN I CALLED THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENNED. THE SECRETARY ACTS LIKE SHE KNOWS NOTHING, BUT THEN STARTS STATING, "WELL YOUR DAUGHTER WAS RUDE TOO!" AMAZING! THIS OFFICE WILL JUDGE YOUR CHARACTER, AND ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WITH NO POSSITIVE BEHAVIOR WHAT'S SO EVER!

Thank y'all once again. I had two wisdoms teeth removed and infection tooth. I had so much anxiety about being put to sleep to remove those teeth but those lady's made everything easy and painless. I woke up wondering why they haven't took the teeth out and it was already done lol. I'm happy I chose them for this. I thought bout canceling because i was scared. I called day before and asked questions. They're super professional even called asked how i was doing.

Had my 2nd tooth pulled by Dr. Vera Cooke within a years time. This time it was a wisdom tooth.. Once again, she was Absolutely precision at its finest!! Painless needle, painless extraction, and hardly any Bleeding after extraction. I have always been a heavy bleeder with previous extractions from other Oral Surgeons. Not from Dr. Cooke. She has amazing skills. No one likes to have teeth pulled.. But i can tell you this.. I go into her office smiling and leave smiling.. She is that good.. And her staff is amazing as well.
