Dr. Sue was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1986. She also did her undergrad years at USC. Dr. Sue completed her pediatric dental residency at USC/Children's Hospital of Los Angeles in 1988. Immediately following her residency, Dr. Sue served on the staff at CHLA dental clinic as part of its dental faculty and joined Oak Park Dentistry for Children with Dr. Lisa Brennan. In 2001, Dr. Sue opened the Newbury Park office on Michael Drive and has proudly served the community for nearly 15 years at this location.
Dr. Sue is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and Southern California Society of Dentistry for Children. She is a lifetime member of the CSPD Foundation. She has volunteered and served as a Board member of the Los Angeles Epilepsy Society.
Dr. Sue currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Miller Family YMCA in Newbury Park. In her down time, she enjoys traveling to the Hawaiian islands with her husband, Curtis. She leads an active lifestyle, making exercise and healthy eating a priority.
Dr Neri was born in Seoul, South Korea. Her family moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where she was raised until her teen years. She received her BS in Physiology from the University of California Davis and then devoted a year to molecular biology research before attending the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry. In 1998, she graduated with honors from USC and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Honor Dental Society. Dr Neri practiced general dentistry for three years before deciding to seek specialized training in pediatric dentistry. She completed her university and hospital based pediatric residency at the USC and Childrens Hospital Los Angeles program in 2003 and was awarded the Outstanding Resident of the Year Award.
Dr Neri and her husband of 18 years have two wonderful children. Outside of dentistry, she keeps busy volunteering at her childrens schools and helping with various ministries at her church. As time allows she enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Abboud moved to the U.S. from Paris in 1985 and grew up in Woodland Hills, California. She matriculated from The Buckley School to a six-year accelerated dental program at the University of Southern California. After completing two years of undergraduate studies at USC, Dr. Abboud obtained her bachelor's degree in Dental Science. She graduated from USC dental school in 2004 among the top ten students and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Honor Dental Society. Dr. Abboud then received training in pediatric dentistry at USC and Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Abboud enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband love taking their three young children on new adventures, exploring the great outdoors hiking and camping, as well as discovering the world through travel. Favorite destinations include Guadeloupe in the French West Indies, Yosemite and Lake Tahoe.
Dr. Abboud is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and San Fernando Valley Dental Association. Dr. Abboud is fluent in both Arabic and French.
Stephanie Sue is an incoming pediatric dentist raised in Thousand Oaks, California. She graduated with a biology major and chemistry minor from California Lutheran University. Later, she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah for dental school at Roseman Health Sciences University. She is now finishing up her pediatric dental residency in Chicago, Illinois at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital. In her free time she loves exploring restaurants, shoe shopping, baking, binging netflix, and working out (powerlifting and spinning). She hopes to provide a fun experience for kids at the dental office and pristine dental work!

We have been taking our daughter here to see Dr Sue since she was a toddler. Recently my daughter's visits have been less than pleasant. We decided we had to change dentists, now the new dentist is repeating the work that was just done by Dr Sue at her last visit. For my daughter with extreme anxiety a big change was difficult. But we are so glad we changed. When I contacted Dr Sue's office about our problems with her treatment I never got a response. I did talk to my insurance company because they would not pay for the same treatment just months after Dr Sue performed the treatment. Dr Sue's office manager was great and she refunded the money to the insurance company and refunded what I had paid out of pocket. We should have switched years ago at the first sign of problems

They are amazing!! My little one has had some really bad experiences with previous dentists so he gets really anxious. They know just how to talk to children in the right way that keeps them calm yet informs them of what is going on. The treasures at the end really make them feel special too. Highly recommended!!

Clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which allows children to relax. Dr. Carla Abboud is my daughter's favorite, she has been our doctor since my child was 12 months old and we love her, she is very patient, kind, professional and outstanding knowledgeable with her work! My daughter is now 3 years old and she is very consistent every day on having me and husband brushing her teeth every morning and she will not go to bed even if she is exhausted before having her teeth cleaned (Brushing and flossing together), We have learned so much from Dr Carla, she is the best doctor! Her work is very educational, and her love is very contagious; My daughter loves her and her team which make our dental visits more pleasant ! Everyone is so friendly there and they always call ahead of time for appointment reminder ! Great for parents that have busy schedules!

My two year old son really enjoyed his visit to the dentist. There was a clean play area with lots of toys to occupy him, while we waited to be called back. His hygienist was so good with him, that he let her get a full teeth cleaning in. The dentist was wonderful, and took her time to chat with us about any questions that we had. Overall, the office was run very well.

Staff was friendly, Office was clean, but their prices were excessive. I didn't have insurance and was a cash pay client. They charged each of my 3 kids $25 to squeeze toothpaste on to their brush for a total of $75 worth of toothpaste. The rest of the charges felt equally excessive. For a cash paying client, I found these charges to be unreasonable. I will not continue to bring my kids here.

The staff is friendly and office is clean; however, a bill will show up in your mailbox for jaw-dropping amounts! Furthermore, when you call for an explanation of such an astronomical cleaning visit, all that will be said is, "sorry sir, that is just what we charge." Buyer beware, this place is a wolf in sheep's clothing!

My girls look forward to going to the dentist. They teach them how to take better care of their teeth and reward them for doing so. My girls are always newly recharged to take good care of their teeth. At this last visit their teeth were dyed so they could see any spots they were missing. My girls loved seeing this. Always fun going to the dentist.
