Fantastic service at my first appointment today. The staff at the front desk were very polite and assisted in organizing my required treatment promptly. Dentist and dental technician were exceptional. I entered feeling rather nervous and they took the time to explain my treatment plan and put me at ease! Looking forward to being a Newbury Dental patient!

I visit gentle dental location in downtown Boston before they closedown. I saw doctor Azis and she was good and friendly. After they closed down I went to their Newbury St Office hoping to see the same doctor but she was no longer working there so I had to change doctor. The new doctor is a young, friendly brown woman. One thing I don't like is the absurdity in price she quoted me at was above $40,000. Mind you Dr azis was quoted me for $8000 and she was more experienced than the new doctor . The time gap was around 1 year between the two treatments. Idk what she was trying to achieve but she doesn't seem to give me options especially after I told her I was broke and couldn't afford the expensive treatments before I saw the total treatment plan price. She not only lack of experience but also compassion for patients. I went to see another dental office and they quoted me at reasonable price.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiling, helpful faces. I instantly knew that I had chosen the right dental office to become a patient. I was then taken into the exam room by a lovely dental assistant named Sheila. Sheila was outstanding and knowledgeable and, with her warm and charismatic demeanor, took my anxiety level from a 10 to a 5. Dr. Millen was outstanding. Dr. Millen has a wonderful chair side manner. He is extremely clear, detailed, and caring. I am extremely happy I chose Newbury Dental Associates as my dental provider. I look forward to the care they will provide throughout my dental journey. Stella and all of the front desk staff were fantastic and eager to help with working around my schedule. Jessica the hygienist was fantastic. I was dreading my dental cleaning yet she made it a smooth and painless process. I am so happy to have found such a great hygienist.

In my First visit for Emergency tooth brake ,I had the best experience with this Dr David Monin DMD. In less than one hour my tooth was fixed and the Office personnel was extraordinary helpful. Had Dr. Millen as my mentor for 8 weeks and the experience has been incredible. He is very kind, empathetic, and a brilliant artist. He definitely puts the patient first and what I valued the most is he is a human first before a doctor. He will listen to your concerns, exceed your expectations, and will help you get to where you should be. Dr. Heinstein, Dr. Monin, Dr. Daher, Dr. Goldberg, and Dr. Sridhar were all also very helpful and shared the knowledge they have with no hesitation. They are great dentists and teachers. In terms of the practice, Newbury Dental Associates has quality staff who are extremely caring and welcoming. From the front desk to the dental assistants, you won't be disappointed. Excellent patient-focused services. Dr. Heinstein and Jessica, the hygienist provide fabulous dental care. I have been a patient for nearly 20 years. A few months later, I experienced a dental issue that needed immediate attention. Dr. Millen, the practice leader at Newbury Dental scheduled me immediately along with Dr. Goldberg, the oral surgeon. They evaluated my issue and started a course of treatment quickly. Can't say enough good things about Newbury Dental and their staff.

They did an excellent job whitening my teeth. Even took the time to do an extra 15 minutes so they would be a nice shade of white. Dentist took pride in her work and making me feel pretty with a beautiful smile

Fantastic services and people. We ordered metal braces for my daughter. The metal braces did not arrive on the day when the appointment was settled. So the doctor offered the ceramic braces at the the same price instead. The doctor was super gentle, professional and kind. My daughter was super happy. I recommend this dental office to others!
