Dr. Barbra Shea Perkins, a 2007 graduate of the University of Louisville, College of Dentistry, has been practicing exceptional dentistry in the Newburgh, IN area for 10 years. Prior to receiving her DMD, Dr. Perkins earned her Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Perkins continues her education every year to help ensure that her patients receive only the best dental care available. Some of the advanced training she has received has involved Invisalign, and Dr. Perkins is now a Preferred Provider for the Invisalign Clear Aligner System!
Dr. Perkins is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Better Business Bureau, and the First District Dental Society. In addition, Dr. Perkins provides care to our community through the Evansville Community Health Organization.
As a dentist, Dr. Perkins aims to provide all of her patients with state-of-the-art dental care in a relaxing and enjoyable environment. When not creating beautiful, healthy smiles, Dr. Perkins can often be found golfing and spending time with her husband Tom, their daughter Caroline and their dog Reilly. Her husband Tom currently manages the technology, equipment and finances of Newburgh Family Dental.
Paige, our dental hygienist, has worked at Newburgh Family Dental since 2009. Paige is dedicated to her education and has received Associate degrees in dental assisting and dental hygiene, as well as a Bachelors of Science in dental hygiene education and a certificate in dental assisting expanded functions. By striving to provide our patients with the best dental care possible, Paige ensures that each patient leaves with a happy, brilliant smile on their face. Paige loves having the opportunity to work with her friends and to meet new friends every day!
Paige and her husband Kyle currently live in Newburgh. They welcomed their daughter Lanie in July 2014. Paige is a native of Pike County, IN, and has also lived in the Evansville area since 2005. When not at work, Paige enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and watching reality TV.
For almost 8 years, Michelle has been helping patients at Newburgh Family Dental improve their oral health. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Castle High School in 2006, Michelle attending the University of Southern Indiana, where she graduated with her Bachelors degree in dental hygiene in 2010. Michelle enjoys working here because the team really feels like they are family. To better help her patients, she frequently takes continuing education courses to learn about the latest and greatest in dental care techniques.
Michelle grew up, lives, and now works in Newburgh. In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time with Ryan, her husband, and their two children Brayden and Cameron. She enjoys taking long walks with Cole, her black lab, and enjoying her newly built home.
Brittany joined our team in 2013. She is caring, lighthearted and will always keep you laughing. She loves dentistry and our patients. Brittany's husband Justin is an accountant and they have 2 children, Hudson and Miles. In her free time she enjoys reading and traveling with her friends and family.
Kiersten is an energetic, fun loving expanded function dental assistant with over 13 years experience in the dental field. She has 3 children, Kealie, Hayden and Finn. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about dental assisting and is an amazing asset to our team.
