I wasn't a patient but they took me on a Sunday morning as an emergency. My tooth had broken the night before so I was really nervous. The staff from reception to Doctor and everyone in between were so kind and empathetic. They reassured me, took care of my insurance, everything from soup to nuts. Highly recommended.

Awesome! It is refreshing to see dentistry finally change in this area from the antiquated methods and techniques to a more modern tech forward way of completing the same procedures with less discomfort, less time, and less recovery. The administrative side of the office was equally impressive with immediate explanation of costs including what our insurance covered and any out of pocket expenses, a long way from the times of unexpected bill months down the road like the majority of other dental offices. Overall I highly recommend both the Newburgh and Middletown offices

I had a crown put in and 3 months later my tooth is loose, I made the dentist aware right away now they want 200 to fix their mistake. Crystal is very rude over the phone. Stay away from this shady operation.

10 out of 10 from the front desk office manager to the cleanliness ... everyone is very polite and helpful. The dentist is very kind and understanding listens and makes sure he addresses any concerns you have. Zach the hygienist is ABOVE AND BEYOND! Absolutely the best from is exam to the cleaning. His goal is have you leaving the office feeling cleaner than ever. He is gentle and thorough and most of all friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

I love this dentist office and let's be real who really loves going to the dentist? But, the staff is always helpful, polite and always aiming to to make this a good experience. Highly recommend

best dentist i ever been too. i hate dentists and get very anxious and i dont like things in my mouth. but here they take it slow and explain whats happening really well. i got two implants and it went well. i am happy.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I asked questions about my teeth and ways to prevent further issues. They gave me good advice. Josh did a great job cleaning my teeth.

Always polite, professional and strive for perfection. The entire team shows great concern in regards to patient comfort and make every effort to minimize pain when performing dental work. Appointments are always on time. I would recommend Newburgh Dental Associates to friends and family.

This office is very professional and knowledgeable. The process of becoming a new patient and first appointment for me was very smooth. I appreciated the sensitivity to my stress and general nervousness related to dental care. This is also the first dental office where the hygienist explained to me in detail what my problem areas and concerns are. Thank you!!!

I had two old large porcelain fillings up top over 15 years ago that started to look really bad and discolored. Dr. Dov put on two crowns and they look great. I never had a tooth pulled or a root canal so I was a little hesitant to get the two teeth shaved down but it was worth it. I would recommend him to anyone.

2 June, 2022, my tooth extraction ended in good situation. Before that I was very tense because my wisdom tooth increase jumping pain. I needed to hurry to dentist but NYC is so far from here. Plus it was a kind of emergency .My husband who has very good sense to find true thing. It was this dentist!! Today, 5 June, I am really in appreciation to all of Newburgh Dental Associate everyone, thank you so much!

While their prices just like al dentist makes you regret ever stepping foot inside but again you do get what you pay for But the customer service is outstanding they where efficient friendly quick explained things well and took some of the nerves of the Dentist office the receptionist their AMAZING now for me I did end up paying $180 for me to go home and pop my own tooth out to relieve the pain again when it becomes a choice for feeding your kids and the dentist dentist will always fall so last it's not even on the list but if you have insurance they work with its a definite recommend
