Dr Williams was born and raised in Newberry. After attending public schools he graduated from Clemson and the Medical University of SC dental school. He feels blessed to have been a dentist in Newberry for four decades and is excited to welcome Dr. John Lake to the practice as a partner.
Dr Lake graduated from Clemson andthe Medical University of SC dental school in 2009. He continued his dental training by completing a residency in advanced general dentistry in 2010. He was commisioned as a dental officerin the US Army where he served and practiceduntil 2014. He has enjoyed being in private practice since leaving the service and is excited about joining the team at Newberry Dental Care.

Dr Lake and his staff are amazing as always! Dr Lake explains all of his treatment options very well and always puts his patients first! All 3 of his hygienists are very thorough! His 3 assistants are friendly and reassuring! My family has been going here for 5 years and I can't imagine going to any other office!

Let me start out by saying..Dr. Lake and his staff was so very nice and friendly yesterday...I had a very bad toothache and it needed pulling..I had called around all day Tuesday and NO one could see me..so I had to go to the ER at 2am Wed...cause the pain was so unbearable...so I called Dr. Lake's office yesterday morning and they saw me right away...he pulled my tooth and I feel so much better...he and his staff masw.mw feel so comfortable...I recommend them to anybody...Thank You to Dr. LAKE and his staff for being so kind and polite when I felt so bad!!!!

Had a misunderstanding when first calling in as a new patient. It was assumed that I did not have insurance. However, Jaimie (the receptionist I originally spoke to) took the time out to call and apologize for the misunderstanding. When I came in for a cleaning, everyone who works there was sweet as pie. I have several appointments scheduled with this office and look forward to getting my raggedy teeth fixed.
