I've been going here my whole life. They are the best!!! My kids have all gone to Dr. Nelson as soon as they got their first teeth and nobody does it better than Newaygo Family Dental. They are excellent with children. My kids can't wait to go see the friendly staff.

They are the most compassionate and caring dental team ever. After traumatic experiences with dentists as a child (as many people have), I trust them 100%.They are very conscientious about keeping you comfortable. Dr. Ross and his team seem to be very up to date with the latest technologies, which, in my opinion, makes dental work more accurate, less invasive, and less painful, The office staff is also knowledgeable and compassionate, I appreciate so much about this team.

You don't know this individual because you legit picked up the phone only to hang it up after calling multiple times wouldn't be surprised if you had caller ID and the name was just too ethnic for you.

Both the hygienist and dentist were friendly. I felt like they both took the time to educate me and figure a plan to care for my teeth. I am extremely happy with the service provided from this office.

Without a doubt some of the best dental care I've received. Dr. Ross and crew were some of the most pleasant people to have as care providers. I used to hate going to the dentist but I did not mind it one bit here. Very understanding and down to earth people, I don't see myself ever going to another office.

Newaygo Family Dental is a first-rate operation, all the way. They do a great job of blending an exceptionally professional atmosphere and modern facilities with wonderful, competent and affable staff. Their friendly manner and expert skill make what could be a stressful experience into one that is reassuring and, dare I say it: relaxing! Nothing but high marks for my hygienist and an appreciative nod to Dr. Ross for taking the extra time to smooth out some small chips on my incisors.
