They ran my insurance and told me I was good. Then months later I have a huge bill in collections. They never sent me a single bill or tried to contact me. I called and the rude lady said I was S.O.L. so you guys tell me my insurance WILL take care of it but then you send me a bill? It's your job to check the insurance. Extremely unprofessional.

The dentist and staff have always been awesome to me at 1091 W Main. I have dental anxiety and they made sure I was comfortable and explained everything very well. They discussed all the options, with all the prices, if my insurance would not cover something. I think it may depend on which location you go to. 1091 is great!

The dentist is nice and professional but it's the other staff that I have a beef with. I had a 9 am appointment. I show up about 20 minutes till and there's only one person waiting. At 930am I witnessed someone coming in at about 915 and they were seen before me. At around 936 I left and they didn't even call. I was only getting a crown put on. Should have been in and out. I will take my teeth elsewhere

I went in yesterday for a root canal & a crown! I will admit I was a nervous Wreck!! Dr Amanda and her team were AMAZING!! I felt nothing, I was really amazed how well it went!! I would highly recommend them!!! One Happy Patient!!!

All my fillings are falling ot or hurt when I eat. Don't open your mouth and trust that so called Dr or staff.

I love this place. I can not wait to go back on the 23rd!!! I'm so excited. They all treated me so good. I almost cried because how helpful they were and and kind to me. They are going to make my smile more beautiful I am so happy after 15 years fate lead me back there!

Best dentist I've ever had..Doc is awesome and the ladies in this office go above and beyond to help you with anything you need....I waited 13 years for my insurance to approve my work and I could never get through Aubrey and the gals made it happen. Doc Lewis is so nice and always makes you feel at ease! Y'all changed my life thank you!

I was initially concerned over the low rating, but this place was amazing. It was very clean and everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, even as my kid was getting sick in their trash can. My son left his first dental appointment happy and hopefully the next appointment is more of the same. Thank you!

Everyone here, has always been so nice to my whole family. Made us feel comfortable, which is a lot for a dentist. After having an accident, my teeth was very chipped up, and Newark Family Dentistry put them back together beautifully. A really great place

The staff and doc was awesome treated me like I was part of there family took every step too make sure I and the staff were safe from the CV-19 I would recommend anyone to go there
