I heard that Dr. Kirill is a very good dentist, so I decided to give him a try since my dentist is no longer practicing. To my greatest disappointment, the face of any professional office, the receptionist, was confrontational, hostile, and very unprofessional. Her attitude was so unwelcoming and abrasive that I ended up leaving without ever seeing Dr. Kirill. I was totally caught off guard by what happened.

Going to the dentist has never been a great experience for me until i started going to New Age Dental. Now I have confidence that i will be well taken care of and that any dental issues i have are properly addressed. Im so happy i found this Dentist and highly recommend New Age for all of your dental needs!

Absolutely love Newagedental. The staff is so friendly. Clean office. I'm not a fan of the dentist but Dr. Vasilyev is amazing. I enjoy coming to this office. I would refer my family and friends to check out this amazing dentist.

I'm glad after reading the reviews below, I'm not the only one who thought the receptionist was so rude and snippy when trying to make an appointment. Worst customer service. Probably not the job for you if you have an attitude with the patients.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Dr. Kirill Vasilyev was very professional and took his time to explain all of his recommendations to me. I felt like he actually cares about his patients and making them comfortable. All staff was very kind and helpful as well.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I had a great experience there. Everyone is really friendly and punctual. Had a deep cleaning and a cavity filled, no pain. I am very happy to have found this office! Thank you New Age dental!

Beyond frustrating. I had to schedule an emergency appointment so switched to this office because my office didn't have an appointment. I had my x-rays emailed over. Called New Age, they said that they received them. They took new x-rays, and months later, they have "no record" of the x-rays that were originally sent and are charging me $150 for the new set they mistakenly took. After lots of back and forth, I directed them to the original email and they admitted they made a mistake and will not bill me for the x-rays they took. Unprofessional, unorganized, and ridiculous. Not to mention, the staff asked me to arrive 10 minutes early and then they arrived 20 minutes after the office was supposed to open and I waited 45 minutes before I was finally taken back. They begged me to leave them a 5 start review the entire appointment. You would think that if they cared so much about their reviews they would be more professional.
