I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My husband has been waiting for 3 months for a partial. With every appointment (almost every 2 weeks) they state the mold was made wrong and needs new impressions. I'm assuming this is all being turned into insurance for more money since it's Medicaid. Each appointment is at least an hour and a half wait to even get taken back then he sits and waits longer in the back. I've called several times for medication that has not been sent to pharmacy even though we're told they called it in. He's been scheduled for the completely wrong type of visit on more than one occasion. Either no one knows what's going on or this place is scamming the state for more money than the work they actually do! He was even told by one of the dentists that the other one didn't even pull his tooth completely and nicked a nerve but didn't say anything about it. This place is awful!

I wish I could give them a negative 3k. Rating. So I needed to get dental bonding done to my front teeth......their xray machine wasnt taking good xrays so they couldnt do my bonding....but in order to bill my insurance to seem like they did work they ground down two teeth and bonded them.....not the ones I had the issue with....2 on the side....I got this done September 28, 2021......in and out the office in 10 minutes flat, 6 minutes being filling out the paperwork,....because they clearly want volume over doing real work.....today October 20,2021 my bonding is breaking off. Dental bonding is suppose to last 5-10 years, not 3 weeks. But I knew this place was a joke when the "dentist" used a dental cure light that you can find on Amazon for $25 and dental resin that also is found on Amazon for $16.99. I recommend anyone who needs to get dental work done steer clear of this place. Spend a little gas money and go to that place out in Homestead.....my kid got work done there and her bonding was beautiful.....my bonding isnt even the same shade as my teeth and the "dentist" fused my teeth together.....I cant floss between my teeth and that alone breeds bacteria and longterm dental problems not to mention he drilled a hole in my teeth and never filled it in.....just left an exposed hole in my teeth where you can feel the gums because " I need to get a root canal asap" the incompetence is strong with them at this place! I didnt like it when it was NewYou Dental......this place is waayyyyyyyy worse now. Save yourself the wasted time and potential covid exposure and go somewhere else!!!!!! Theyre quick to try to sell you their services......"You need to get a root canal so the sooner you book the better because our slots fill up so fast and hes only here on Fridays".......I wouldnt pay for the service I got out of pocket but Im going to pay you to drill into my gums to kill exposed nerves? Yeah your goofy......cant wait until yall close so a real dentistry can take over! Smh

Very bad customer service had a appt told me I could still come if I could get a ride ( my car was in the shop ) got a ride just to come up there to be told I have to reschedule she told me I can get a appt oct 8th but wrote down oct 15 then when I called about it made seem like I didn't know what I was talking about VERY unprofessional miss the old dental receptionist they would've NEVER done they nor tried to argue with me over it GET NEW RECEPTIONS !!!!

I called for appointment was scheduled very next week had two appointments I was scheduled very next week . All 3 appointments was called right on time. Staff great especially Christina she was very helpful to me.

I been trying to call and make a appointment for 2 months . They don't answer the phone at all... I went into get a cleaning but instead he pulled my teeth and sent me packing and said schedule a cleaning which after that never return or answer calls

I went today to get 3 teeth extracted,i was nervous and a bit emotional.i have to say doctor Steve and the ladies that work there made me so comfortable and so much better about the whole thing.they have no idea how much it ment to just be put at ease.i appreciated it so much

I love going here! I see Dr Nick he's by far the best! The owner Christina is so sweet and willing to help in any way she can with the patients that come in and out. The staff is so nice and friendly! I highly recommend going to new you dental I have already referred alot of people!

The worst dentist I have ever been to. They made everything worse. I just went to a new dentist a few days ago and I now need thousands of dollars worth fixing that new you dental caused!!!!!!

Spoke to office ahead of time told them exactly what I needed, they assured me they could remove a crown that had decay under it put on a new crown and get my partial to fit.They knew I had MetLife before I arrived. Got there they claimed they could not contact my Insurance. You would think they would have verified coverage before the appointment. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. Then I was told they couldn't do the work and the X-ray didn't show anything.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! Staff is amazing, I called on a Friday, had an appointment Saturday morning. Staff makes you feel completely at ease!!! We will not be going anywhere else!!! First time ever, I did not feel the novocain needle!!! I am in complete awe!!! Fabulous experience!!!

They are the best. Kind, gentle, professional and comforting. What a great place. Edit 2020: Had an appointment scheduled and nobody was at the office. Haven't heard from them either.

Me and my husband love going clean place and very professional they always go out of there way to help any way they can and the owner Christina is awesome she always goes outta her way to make you happy and laugh we will always go to new you dental!!!!!!

I went here only because I moved right up the street. I had to get a filling and a crown put on my tooth. Before i could get the crown they had to put a temporary one on. They said it would only take 2 weeks for the crown to come in, but its been over a month since my appointment. Within the first 2 weeks my temporary cap fell off and broke into 3 pieces. Tried to go down to the dentist to see what I should do, but they are only open 4 days a week despite Google saying its open everyday. And that's like every other day not 4 consecutive days. I went down because Google said it was open, but when I got there it was closed. Even though it was closed the doors were completely unlocked. If I were a criminal I could have went into the office and stole everybody's personal information and took all the drugs. Despite all that, the staff is very friendly and seem to be good at what they're doing. However, after I get my crown I'll probably go back to the dentist I've gone to my entire life Katsur Dental in Mckeesport. I just dont like the fact the hours are extremely limited, the doors were unlocked when they were closed, and they told me it would only be 2 weeks for my crown and it's now been over a month.

I've gone 3 times. Each time I've had to wait at least 40 min after my appt time to be called back. I've given them 3 chances thinking maybe they had an off day. My last visit today I was asked if I was a patient there before. She couldn't find my file. Like what?! I've been here two other times. Never going back. I'm a mom of two and don't have time to sit at a dentists office for hours on end.

My first visit went well,unfortunately I need a tooth pulled and I am to much of a baby to do it w/o going under,so I have to go somewhere else,but do definitely plan on going back here to continue treatment,I hope they can help make me feel confident in my smile again

I thought they were the nices people ever until I tried getting back in touch with them for information they forgot to Include for getting in touch with the referring surgeon ,, they never answer the phone they never return voicemails and they totally aren't very customer oriented! Very I'm professional and my son is suffering with pain because he needs surgery and they won't get back to me.i also need work done and they refuse to answer my calls or emails..
